Other then the shower water pressure, everything else was perfect!

The unit was clean, check-in/check out was easy and fast, location near eateries and in Kerteh town

one of the toilet shower water pressure was low.

Love the place, will come again..

The house is cosy and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The add-on services is a plus advantage over other places.

The bathroom may need some facelift. Bath tub is an added advantage but I wish it looks better than it is now

Overall is good for stay.

-Staff is friendly and fast response. -Location is good, free car parking and nearby have MCD & restaurant. -Provide water dispenser, fridge, washer, TV with astro, WIFI internet and air-cond in each room. -Provide welcome coffee/tea & some snacks.

-Some cockroach at kitchen.

some part of parking area is too dark at night. It feels unsafe to park the car at night. no security guard available.

Overall is good stay for working few days.

Staff is fast response and helpful. Car park is available. Location is good for meal. Facilities provide as washing machine, wifi internet, air cond, fridge, astro...etc.

Good and relax.

Clean and an old apartments that meet for 2 days stay. For those need quiet place will be spot on. i and family like the place very much. For those need hot shower will be disappointed. 😅👍

Clean spacious and convenient

The staff was so helpful with excellent service keep updating me via WA about the location and the info details has been shared prior to my arrival. Despite it is old building outside but the aprtment so clean inside and comfortable like home. Easy check-in and check-out. The room was so spacious with completed facilities. There was internet access unifi / wifi so i can do my office work task. Washing machine provide too. The location strategic nearby shop, restauran, bank and Mc Donald. Overal we enjoyed our stayed.

The water pressure slow. Difficulty when to flushed the toilet after use. The water pressure very slow. Had some bad smelly at toilet in master bedroom & 2nd bedroom.
