המלון ברמה גבוהה, מאוד מפנק מאוד יפה דאגו כל יום לפעילויות לילדים, המסעדות טובות במיוחד

המכון כושר לא ממוזג כמו שצריך, היה מאוד חם וקשה להתאמן בתנאים האלה במיוחד שהוא ממוקם תת קרקעית, גם במלון עצמו הרבה איזורים לא ממוזגים מספיק , גם לגבי ההזמנות מראש למסעדות , ממליצה לכם להזמין מקום עוד לפני שמגיעים למלון אחרת התפוסה מלאה וקשה להשיג מקום

הכי טוב שהיינו בו !

מושלם מושלם מושלם המלון הכי טוב שהיינו בו, הכל כלול ברמה גבוהה מאוד אוכל מצוין ומסעדות מפנות אלכוהול ושתיה בשפע כל היום מיני בר חופשי בחדר שממלאים כל הזמן כל העובדים נחמדים ושירותיים ברמות! על הים עם חוף פרטי ענק עם מלא מיטות מפנקות באמת אין תלונות, פינוק 24/7 !!

את הצוות המופלא בעיקר . כולם שירותים חייכנים ואדיבים בפרט הייתי מציינת את אלכס מהקבלה Evi מהמסעדות Elenia משירות הקוסיירג׳ שהפכו עולמות לכל בקשה שלנו באדיבות רבה

החללים הגדולים המיזוג לא ממש משפיע , קושי בהזמנת מקום למסעדות היווניה מעולה

Great choice if youre after a clean and organized hotel.

The building on its own has a grand feeling to it, the main lobby looks like a temple. The yard is well maintained, the rooms are clean and cleaned often, the pools are also cleaned daily. The restaurants are well organised, plenty of staff, tableware is clean and fashionable. Staff is kind and hospitable. The general level of service in this hotel qualifies for at least a 4 star experience. My wife was pregnant at our stay and she appreciated the fact the pillows on the bed were a hugable size.

The only thing I noticed was that the cleaners forgot to backfill with the teaspoons when topping the coffee machine supplies and teaspoons were rarely ever served with the coffee cups at the restaurant. This hotel is not fond of teaspoons for some reason.

Over het algemeen goed maar niet voor herhaling

De luxe uitstraling van het hotel en de ruime mooie familiekamer.

Sommige onvriendelijkheid van het personeel. De sfeer in het hotel algemeen. Het eten in het hoofdrestaurant was niet warm maar lauw of soms koud. De variatie van het eten viel ook tegen ten op zichtte van de eerste keer dat we daar waren 10 jaar geleden. Geen kindermenu’s bij de A la Carte restaurant en zijn denk ik niet berekend op veel kleine kinderen.

Superb

Personal was fenomal. Food also fine. Beach was nice. Tip to management let people use other swimming pools also.. now they were only for decoration purposes and that is odd.

Shower was odd because there was only handshowerhose and not like rainshower disk etc. Toiletpaper like always was like so thin omg 😆. (i know why but still)

good but could be better

breakfast buffet was great full of options, there are a lot of options for lunch also (pizza, hamburger..), the pool area was very clean. every night there was a show (singer, dancing..)

the beach are is not sandy, its very hard to get into the sea with no sandals. the cleaning hour of the rooms was strange and it was not done how we wanted. (the cleaning of the room could be better). the dinner buffet is not good, most of the food were not good enough to finish.

Superb Hotel and Facilities, definitely highly recommended

Food options were excellent around the property. My daughter liked the creperie for breakfast especially.

No evening mini disco for the kids before the main entertainment began.

Great food, staff not so much

- Great food with a lot of options. There was almost always something open in case you were hungry. As suggestions: - - Would be good and healthier to have a fresh fruit and smoothy corner to be open the entire day - - Have a stand for water, coffee and tea, rather than having to always order these. Very hard to pick teas when you do not see them - Nice lobby and facilities - The private beach was great, water very clean and with no waves - It was never too crowded anywhere, you always could find space in the restaurants, on the beach etc. - There is a shop with a lot of useful stuff on the premises - Several employees were very nice: person that took our luggage, several waiters and person that cooked the omelette every morning - You can flush toilet paper in this hotel, which is not the case in a lot of Greece accommodations - Lots of options to book experiences through the hotel e.g. we visited the Lindos village

Watchouts: -Water in the sea gets deep very fast. Water was quiet cold, but was expected for beginning of June -Live music concerts every day until 11 or 11 30 pm that you can hear very clearly from your room -Most of the guests were families with small children Complaints: -Worst reception staff I ever encountered: they looked like they did not want to be there, not friendly and not helpful. We had an issue (our air conditioning made a noise without it being on) that was managed poorly by the reception, had to request to talk to the manager in order to find a solution and lost almost an entire day from my vacation. In the end we were offered another room and 2 free of charge beach gazebos, which was good. However they just gave the old room to other people without fixing the issue (my parents slept in the room next to it and sometimes heard the noise), I guess they were hoping the new guests will not have such good hearing... -Very bad isolation-you could hear your neighbours, people on the hallway and outside -There is no iron in the room and you need to book it in advance for 30 minutes. They say this is for security reasons, however they should at least have enough irons to provide to guests on the spot -A lot of the waiters/staff do not speak English well enough to have a proper conversation or understand us. We had several instances when the order was misunderstood -Cleanliness in the bathroom is superficial. Sink, toilet and shower had long term dirt and smelled -Rooms need to be refurbished to be in line and in style with the other parts of the hotel. They also had a smell - combination of old and sweat -Online platform needs to be improved. I had done the online check in but had to do it again in person, tried to book restaurants and transportation from the airport and in the end had to do it with the help of the concierge or another team member since the bookings did not work as they should -Overall organisation could be better

Exceptional

Ultra friendly staff, especially George from the ouzeri restaurant , made us feel like home. The level of the food is very high, you feel like eating everyday at a fine dining restaurant . The building is impressive and well decorated. The only negative thing we can say is the parking , which is very small for this hotel and we lost much time finding a slot. Highly recommended.

Almost perfect

Great location and extremely helpful staff. Everyone was very nice. The buffet is terrific, varied, high quality, plenty of room. Sometimes gets a little crowded to get the best stuff. The room wasn't huge but it was adequate for our needs. Would have preferred a solid door between kids area and main bedroom.

Impossible to book several restaurants, even when specifically requesting assistance from staff. We tried multiple times to no avail, ended up not eating at several restaurants because we couldn't book them. PIGEONS IN THE CEILING!! DO NOT GET A TOP FLOOR ROOM!!

pleasant stay all cosidered

confort, food, cleanness, staff

corridors and other rooms noise gets into the room all the time. kids running and shouting, cleaning loud noises, doors shutting. rooms are not soundproof as advertised. poor pools offer (there is effectively one for adults - the other is next to the kids area). both are small for the hotel size & number of guests. no chance to get a sun bed around. hard (or impossible) to book the restaurants that require reservation.

A great hotel, friendly staff, and how an all inclusive should be because the drinks are premium brands, bar staff work so hard and certainly know their cocktails. an amazing crepe restaurant on the lower floor too

such an amazing hotel but would have to say it’s very noisy between rooms, every noise is heard above, below, left and right, shame about people reserving sun beds then going off for hours, I’d recommend people reserving places in the restaurants before they get there using the app because they fill up quickly

Unreal holiday with a young family and Mitsis far exceeded all our expectations.

the Food at the Buffet was very Good, the team at the main restaurant/ Buffet was amazing very caring, helpful and very nice. the 5 restaurant were as well very good. the cocktail bar top. WLAN was very good. we were there as a family and we felt that the kids were also welcome. the hotel is just like we like them clean with white marble everywhere.

the team of the kids Programm were super, maybe they need more material, also more people and also include a package of daycare’s which can be booked ( 2 h /3h a day) than it would be paradise on earth.

Hotel is trying hard to be a 5* resort but has a way to go yet. However, still a lovely place.

The Mitsis had just re-opened with all new staff and a refresh - the hotel was clean, our sea-facing rooms were all large and the housekeeping was very good. We had one pool suite, one jacuzzi suite and a twin room al of which were really good size. Staff were on the whole very friendly and in particular Gioul and Haris in the main buffet restaurant were super nice and efficient. They looked after us very well. Food on the whole was good but veggie/vegan options were sometimes more challenging. Burger bar and Asian restaurant were the best as was the creperie - good food and great staff. Italian restaurant also good and great staff there.

There was a huge company that had booked the hotel for the whole week for a 60 year celebration and they pretty much took over everywhere which was not good for the rest of the guests. The lobby bar was right where they held their company events so impossible to get to at times. Some of the staff clearly had not been trained properly as they did not know anything. The specialised restaurants were hard to book as their online booking system never worked and you had to go to the concierge each time which was hit and miss. Not very easy or efficient. Some of the advertised facilities were not available - such as games room, escape room, billiards table and so on - clearly they had opened in a rush to accommodate the company event mentioned above. The tennis court is very small and always flooded as they keep huge bags of compost just above the tennis court which get flooded with water when it rains and then leak water all day onto the tennis court. Only one swimming pool - all of the rest are only "for show" we were told. Inside heated pool is tiny and extra cost of 20EUR per person via the spa. If you hire a car there is very little parking on site - only on opposite side of the road which is difficult and limited. Pizzeria on the beach was not nice - bland and tasteless.

We had a great time and will happily return in the future

The hotel was particularly luxurious. The breakfast was amazing. Most of the restaurants were excellent. Thinking about the guest's well-being in all respects is evident.
