We had to check out a day earlier due to very low low standards of the place.

It was lovely been greeted by Vito

The whole place needs a serious facelift and Identity. The smell of the entire property and room in particular due to excessive toxic cheap house deodorant been sprayed in every surfaces. Scratching noises all night long coming from inside the walls. Top Bed sheet missing and had to use the bed spread to cover ourselves and questioning the cleanliness of it.

Très bon emplacement car en plein cœur du night market, et à 3 minutes de la plage de kata.

Le patron est plutôt sympa contrairement à son staff qu'on a l.impression de déranger, la chambre n'était pas très propre, les draps étaient tachés de blanc ( j osé espérer que c'était des tâches de lessive), les ressorts du matelas qui vous rentrent dans le dos, la clim qui ne marchait pas, les serviettes ultra usées et tachées de javel,, les.cafards dans la.salle de bain, les tapis tachés, la vérification de la chambre (oui il y a une caution de 1000 baht et j'ai vu ça nul part en Thaïlande) qui dure un temps fou comme si il y avait quelque chose à prendre dans la chambre bref je ne recommande pas cet endroit

Der Hausherr war super! Er hat uns einen Roller geliehen und sehr gut beraten. Es gab Volleyball, Frisbee und Handtücher für den Strand. Ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Bad und Betten waren in Ordnung.

Die Dekoration war nicht so schön, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Also keine wirklichen Mängel.

Very clean rooms with good AC and easy access to shops/beach.

2 flights of stairs to carry heavy bags up. Also the 500 BAHT cash deposit was a bit annoying as I didn’t have any cash on me when I arrived and went out to find an ATM but couldn’t find one in the end, So paid the deposit the next day.

Bon emplacement, mais ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner par Booking

Très bon emplacement avec le night market, chambre propre, spacieuse et atypique. Le gérant est très gentil et arrangeant pour le petit déjeuner (malgré le fait qu'on est payé pour tous les matins et qu'on en a pas eu le dimanche). Bon restaurant. On a eu un léger souci de coupure d'eau, mais le gérant a réagi très rapidement le dimanche. Minibar dispo dans la chambre

Vieux matelas, lits très dur. Le petit déjeuner est tard (8h). ATTENTION l'établissement est fermé le dimanche, donc ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner, vous ne l'aurez pas même si vous l'avez payé. De plus, il faut passer par le restaurant pour accéder à l'escalier, et la porte extérieure du restaurant est très difficile à ouvrir et à fermer à clef

If you prefer peace and quiet, then maybe this is not the right place, it is on a food street, also close to bars so some evenings it was difficult to sleep.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage

Vito ist ein super netter, herzlicher Gastgeber. Lage PERFEKT! Nachtmarkt direkt vor der Tür und trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer, Strände fußläufig erreichbar, viele Restaurants, Bars und 7-Eleven ums Eck. Zimmer sehr groß und mit allem was man braucht. Abends dort an der Bar zu sitzen, einen Cocktail zu trinken und dem Treiben zu zu sehen war Urlaub pur!

Klimaanlage kühlt nicht wirklich, vielleicht zu schwach eingestellt

Simple, saubere Unterkunft mit Top Gastgeber in top Lage. Absolute Empfehlung,leckeres Essen gibt es auch im resteraunt

Der Gastgeber ist unfassbar nett, hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort wohl dort. Die Lage ist top direkt an der walking Street und in 8 min ist man zu Fuß am Strand

Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hätte :)

The host was very nice and he was always cared about us. The room had a lot of space and the hotel is like 10 minutes walking from Kata beach (is way better than Karon beach). The breakfast was delicious and abundant.

I would highly recommend going here The room is very nice, big & comfortable with fan and a.c. The owners also made the room’s decoration very homely. The owner is the best, very friendly and always helping The room is cleaned whenever asked, there is free water refill and even towels or sunscreen for the beach ! The location is perfect, next to a night market with plenty of food options, very close to the beach and yet very quiet

Very well located guesthouse

The guesthouse is right in the middle of the night market street and is very close to the beach so it's very convenient. The room was spacious and was well equipped to make the stay comfortable. The owner and staff are very friendly and very helpful too!

Our stay was great! Maybe some additional toiletries like shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated.

Well worth the money!

Great location right on the walking street, but not too loud! Shower reasonable. Basic but good room. The mattress was too soft, but was ok for me as we only stayed a night. Breakfast was good. Loads of good food, markets, bars in the area. For the price, you won't find better

All in all really good and amazing host

The host has the most warm and welcoming energy. Really felt at home here and could understand all the positive reviews. We had a room overlooking the walking street of kata that felt very spacious. Really close to 711 and the beach. Easy to find everything we needed.

There was a water station but not for water bottles and the menu for the restaurant was abit pricey. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and Tv was very old so the netflix wouldn’t work (which I’m general is a luxury)

Vito, the owner is very friendly, helpful and always around in the restaurant. Actually a fantastic host. The location is perfect; close to everything including the beach. Vito made me feel like at home

The best was the welcoming vibe of the owner who made our experience even more enjoyable. They make the best coffee in town. Centrally located, even though the apartment is near to bars the rooms were quiet. Rooms are very big. Photos show the correct expectation. Restaurant has great food and breakfast.

Excellent stay

The stay was super. The owner and family staff was super helpful in everything absolutely! So, I came back after a few days later. They have also a restaurant with delicious Thai and original Italian cusine. You can rent scooters. Also in the whole building there is a very good WiFi. The rooms are spacious and beds are not so soft so very good for the back. Near the object there are a night market with excellent street food, some stands with fresh fruits, and smoothies, 7-Eleven, bars, massage therapists, the beach is about 200m and some dive center. I will come back for sure!

Perfect stat in Phuket, highly recommended

This was one of the best stays we had in whole of Thailand. The rooms were very big, the bed was amazing, there was a fridge, airco and fan. Everything was super clean. The owners are super friendly and help you when needed. For example, he arranged a scooter for us, which went very smoothly. The rooms had free water, coffee and tea. The shower was great (hot water and power on the water). We had breakfast here which was also great. I would highly recommend to eat the pastas here. The owner is from Puglia (Italy) and the food was one of the best Italian food we had in a long time, even better than a lot of pastas we ate in Italy. The red wine and Limencello are also amazing. I can not recommend this place enough. Would defines come back when in Phuket. The quality you get for the price in sleeping and eating is outstanding.
