Great location, staff could not be friendlier

Location was good, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good gym and gym assistant. Bar was good and restaurant food also

Room carpet and hallway needs replacing. Some leakage in the roof of the gym

The ACs have a hard time in Lagos humidity, rooms were clean but dated, especially the bathrooms have seen better days.

An enjoyable stay, and very helpful staff.

Staff were very courteous and professional in approach. The breakfast was nice, and the location of the hotel was spot on. Value for money!

The hotel is a bit dated, but consistent with the age of the building.

The breakfast was really nice...I enjoyed every meal time

The cleaners was perfect but the toilet and the bathroom area has unpleasant odor coming out from thier holes. The pipeline needs to be checked

Unsatisfactory

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. The corridor was cooler than the room. Had a cold water shower. When the maintenance personnel came, he was educating me on the use of the shower mixer! Duty Manager said their Management would call but never did.

I had a nice time.

the food! I loved their evening buffet there was so many options to choose from.

the room I stayed in the alc was leaking water, the rug was wet by the time I woke up. overall the place is very nice.

Superb

The staff were attentive and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect. The view of Ikoyi from the 6th floor wss great. They did my ironing perfectly. Check in and the check out was great. I would definitely like to stay there again and I'd recommend the hotel to my friends.

The pool is overlooked by the dining room. It would have been great if it was located behind the hotel.

Wasn't value for money.

Breakfast was good.

The airconditioner in my room was too noisy. The TV wasn't clear. Wasn't a memorable experience.

the location and staff.

the amenities are a bit old. the Aircon is often too loud. the prices of food and drink are way too much for what is being offered. there should be more free amenities in the bathroom eg toothbrushes, toothpaste, new irons etc.
