Pleasant and relaxing when for business

The location is excellent close to the airport and for getting out of the city. Besides that, staff is always friendly while service is good and quick. Breakfast with the raisin bread is worth it. It s a personal touch when after 6 months staff recognizes you.

Wifi in the rooms itself is to improve but is ok in the restaurant

There is no gym so beware. small pool so more a 'convenient' stay than a destination.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating

No gym making it not a good choice for me for a longer stay.

Meh

The view when inside the hotel is nice. The beds are clean, well made and the rooms are spacious.

The restaurant doesn't serve any African food and from the options they have on the menu, they can't even cook European food.

Nothing to say I am just disappointed

The breakfast was correct not extra but correct. Same thing every morning

The wifi in the hotel didn't work at all and the first room I stayed in smelled musty. When I complained, they changed my room the next day. The toilet in the new room was not clean. And the shower sink had water running down it. I told the manager about it and he said he would send someone to fix it but it didn't happen. However he told me he had technicians come to fix the wifi but it was worse. At reception they invited me to go down around the pool or to my balcony for a better connection. I had to go into town every day to work. And when I come home in the evening, there is a pool party every night. It's not easy to sleep with all the noise. I still wanted to extend my stay by two days because I had to move far into the city and they refused my extension and only after explaining that I was out of town did they agree. But unfortunately I was already on my way home when I saw their message. And when I left that morning, as usual, there is no one at the reception until 7am, I left my clothes at linger instructing the lady serving breakfast to give this to the receptionist when she arrived, but I found my laundry where I left it in the morning. He explained to me that I had not put in the card which I recall was not in the room. Anyway, for the price they charge, they should increase the quality of the service. I am still in Conakry for a week but I had to go to another hotel

OVER PRICED NOISY NOT WELL

LOCATION

WHILE CHECKING OUT I WAITED HALF AN HOUR FROM 8 TO 8:30 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP I HAD TO LEAVE AND THEY DID NOT CREDIT MY CARD. THEY SAID I HAV TO WRITE AN EMAIL TO ROMEO. THAT THEY WILL REIMBURSE THE REMAINING AMOUNT THEN. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

The food, pool, and view

The AC was leaking inside our room. They did not fix it or change our room. We slept in the room listening to water dripping all night and the floor was soaked in water

I liked the restaurant settings. Kind staff

I didn't like the room due to damping and mosquitoes bites. The reception was empty the restaurant crew had to put me in the room. Irregular housekeeping.

Good hotel for businesspeople

The staff and the manager takes good care of you! Very flexible and helpful. I stayed there three times now already and I will come back.

Nice staff, far location, noisy rooms

Breakfast wasn't this great, and the noise of speakers was all over the hotel till late night .

they could less the music noise and do a small buffet for breakfast.
