Tranquilidad y relax con un servicio muy bueno

La tranquilidad que se respira en el sitio es algo que buscábamos y que realmente cumple con las expectativas. Además, el personal del hotel es súper amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a explicarte o recomendarte lugares cercanos que poder visitar. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y si hace buen tiempo, la piscina es un plus que se agradece muchísimo.

El desayuno y la cena pueden ser algo limitados si estás varios días (se pueden hacer repetitivos) y el hecho de que cobren por las toallas de la piscina, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel 4 estrellas superior, me sorprendió. También me sorprendió que en la habitación no hubiera una cafetera o algunas bebidas cortesía del hotel (esto siempre desde la perspectiva de que es un hotel 4 estrellas superior y es algo que quizá esperaba por experiencias previas en alojamientos similares).

Awesome rural stay in stylish renovated rooms

Comfortable rooms, very clean and like a new! Friendly personnel. Nice green territory. The restaurant is OK, breakfast is good (with table of local charcuterie).

Amazing hotel, might go back at some point in time

The room was small but comfortable and had all amentities mentioned in description. Dinner was excellent, the food and service was simply outstanding, even house wine has exceeded our expectations.

Sadly the water in the pool was freezing so we couldnt even dip our toes in it. If you're going by car, i recommend renting a small car as the road & the bridge can be tricky to pass if you are driving a bigger car than Volksvagen polo for example.

One of the nicest locations in this area. They have restaurant, which is actually pretty good.

Location, nicely and clean decorated. It is bit more design than I fancy. Shower was PERFECT. Nice pool, but for me it was too cold. You cannot go wrong with this hotel!

For what it is worth: My understanding was that the room was bigger than I got assigned to. After a discussion at the front desk, they had slightly bigger rooms, but that was available against a fee only. Did not take that. The checked out in the morning took forever, and I finally just left. The hotel changed my card, but it was all not so nice. Assume that happened just because I check-out early. But I indicated that when I checked in. In other words; the staff was not fully 'up to speed'.

A beautiful hotel well located to discover the area

Beautiful location, close to Sant Joan and the main road. Lovely staff. Beautiful swimming pool. You even have some GR trails passing near the hotel. What I loved the most is the cow with their bells in the field behind the hotel.

The room was a tiny bit damp. We had a room on the ground floor. Probably due to some streams running under the building.

Great relaxing experience

The location was perfect, with beautiful views and full of peace and relax. The staff was very kind.

Just a couple small details, the pillow was too high and hard, and the breakfast was included but hot dished has to be paid.

Great stay with one noisy flaw

Breakfast was great Staff very friendly Location is amazing Pool is super clean

The bed was very squeaky when sleeping, it woke us up several times. A vegetarian option for the main courses at dinner would be great!

Good family room and atmosphere

There is no lobby. The only place you can spend time is the room, restaurant or near the pool. We arrived around 5pm there was no snacks at all in the hotel, so we had to wait 3,5 hours until the dinner which is a long time when you have kids.

Next to a road, noisey rooms the check out took 1h not what the room looks like in the photo. Very average to poor place to stay.

Wonderful stay at a castell :)

The property is amazing! Beautiful viewings and it seems you're in a castell! The staff was very amicable! On my first day I was not feeling well and they left a note for the person who was at breakfast to check if I was feeling better! So thoughtful! The food was really good and the room was super clean and neat. Loved my stay!

The only thing I would change is the lightening in the room. There is one part of it, where we keep the luggage, that is not very bright so it can be difficult to find your clothes. But not a big deal...
