The apartment is nice and it was sn amazing vacation in Corfu 😊

The apartment is located in the good location, close to two beaches. There is a big pool and place to relax on the grounds. The room was good but some things need to be repaired. Overall it was amazing vacation and everything is perfect. There are a lot of cool cats on the property😄

I liked everything about the property, beautiful view of the mountains, fantastic pool, wonderful clean room, with everything needed to prepare meals. Hosts Lola and her husband, very kind and helpful.

economico e in una bella posizione ma davvero poco confortevole l’appartamento in sè

Posizione ottima alle migliori spiagge come Rovinia beach e Paleokastritsa. Gestore gentile. Piscina davvero bella e pulita

Poca pulizia, pentole e utensili da cucina vecchi e sporchi, letti duri e cuscini sfondati, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiate di giallo, frigorifero che non manteneva i cibi e dopo poco andavano a male.

Ár-érték szempontjából szuper szállás, pár apróbb hibával

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, és csodás a panoráma a teraszról. A medence tiszta, a szobák hangszigetelése is rendben van. Ár-érték arányban azt gondolom abszolút rendben megéri, és jó választás. 2 gyönyörű tengerpart is pár perces sétára található, éttermek is sétatávolságra vannak, illetve boltok is, úgyhogy a lokáció 5*. Mi szuperül éreztük magunkat és szívesen visszamegyünk máskor is.

Ezek apróságok és ennyi pénzért elfogadható hibák, de attól még ezeken lehetne javítani. Az ágy nem franciaágy, hanem 2 külön ágy összetolva. Kb 20 cm széles lyuk van a matracok között, így pároknak elég kényelmetlen. A konyha felszereltsége minimális, hiányzott hogy legyen éles kés, és legalább egy serpenyő, hogy reggelit tudjunk készíteni. Főzésre nem igazán alkalmas. A bejárati ajtón lévő ablakot nem lehet sötétíteni, így reggel elég világos van a szobában. A törülközők tiszták, de néhány már erősen foltos az elhasználódás miatt.

Beautiful location in Liapades

The location is perfect. There are two small supermarkets at walking distance. There are three stunning beaches nearby. The staff was really nice and welcoming. We also rented a bike, which is essential if you want to see and explore Corfu.

Most of the time, the water from the shower was cold. The furniture is a little outdated, the bed wasn't the most comfortable and you can feel the springs, but overall it was fine.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr gute Lage, Nähe zum Strand und zum Ort, sehr gute Gastronomieangebote. Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, der Betreiber der Villa, Spiros, sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Alles, was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Angebot.

Für ältere Menschen sind die Wege in Liapades sehr steil. Man sollte schon sehr gut zu Fuß sein. Ohne Leihwagen ist man doch sehr eingeschränkt. Das Erreichen des Wassers am Liapades Beach ist schon sehr beschwerlich. Ohne Strandschuhe ist es schwierig den Kiesstrand zu überwinden und im Wasser halt zu finden.

The place is very nice, really good option if you're looking to explore the island, great location with two beaches at walking distance, 5-10min. The room has everything you need to cook your own food (which is always my preference) very well equipped. The staff very nice, all very well kept.

Nothing, we really enjoyed the time there and will 100% recommend.

Villa Birlis

Villa Birlis is well located for access to the beaches and tavernas of Liapades. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The pool and bar were nice to use when we didn't want to go very far. We were very happy with the accommodation.

The balcony faces north, so doesn't get any sun. Maybe more equipment could be provided, a coffee pot and a clothes drying rack hung over the balcony rail would be nice.

Wonderful relaxation

When we were looking for a place to stay, it was important to for us to be in a calm place with all the necessities. This place matched it perfectly. We enjoyed our one week stay very much! The restaurants around at every friendly and serve good food. The price(of food) is also cheaper than in other places on the island. Beautiful beaches, if you don’t mind a little hike up and down the hill😉 The hosts were amazing, always helpful and friendly. Also we found the cats in the property very cute:) Thank you and hopefully we will come back one day!

Great location but do not expect comfortable and carefree stay.

The location of the Villa is superb - Rovinia Beach and Limni Beach are within a walking distance, just follow the path behind the villa. There are free sunbeds with umbrellas by the pool. The pool was clean with fairly warm water. Parking is available, free of charge, just bear in mind that there is only a little space to reverse/turn around the car.

Unfortunately there were many things that didn't go as expected. First of all, we've ordered a bedroom with a single, double bed but there were 2 small ones put together. The host claimed that there are no other rooms available, only after we've arrived. Moreover: - the mattresses on the beds were worn off and uncomfortable - the place was not cleaned well, every 2 days the towels were changed, but the rest of the apartment was left as-is - the air conditioner was not disinfected and turning it on for prolonged time caused unpleasant smell, not to mention the dirty remote - there were no cleaning accessories whatsoever - no sponge, no dish-soap, no dishcloth in the kitchen, no soap in the bathroom, which is a major negligence, especially as we stayed for more than 10 days - kitchen is poorly equipped, with only 2 small spoons etc., which in addition to no cleaning accessories makes the vacation stay overburden with dealing with trivial things - toilet paper is in shortage, you get one roll every 2 days - there was no place to hang wet clothes / wet towels so that they would dry quickly (besides the hangers in the bathroom with low air flow) - there was no broom or mop (even if we wanted to clean the place on our own during the long stay) - the WiFi connection was unstable, especially during evenings.

Fantastic location, close to 2 beaches, one of them being "wild" and one the most bequtiful in Island. Close the supermarkets and taverns. Moreover, the lovely small village of Liapades is 20 min walk away. The facilities are great, much appreciated swimming pool ale The fact The apartament does not wam up even hot weather outside

Only stay for one night of seven. No partial refund issued

Hosts and location

Not clean, mattress was rundown (you could feel all the springs), aircon not working. Bar across road playing loud music. We only stay for 1 night out of 7. We had paid on advanced and while I wouldn't expect a full refund, I would have expected a partial refund. Note: they offered a new room, where the mattress looked better, but again the cleaning was poor
