The room was super clean and the staff were very friendly.
Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Great location, super central with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and very well connected (walking distance to multiple metro stations).
The room was small (but this was expected and not a problem for us) and the bed had one side against the wall, but comfortable, and had everything that is needed. The bathroom was huge compared to the room and it all looked recently renovated.
Reception staff was very nice and they hold our bags after checkout so we could continue to explore the city.
Reception closes from 9pm to 9am so you need to make sure to see them during opening hours if you need something.
Would have loved to have a safe in the room.
We didn't mind but the stairs to the rooms are quite steep and there is not lift, so just something to bear in mind for some.

Location is amazing! Right next to a gorgeous street filled with cafes, bakeries, small supermarkets and restaurants. Only about a 10 min walk from Paris centre. Rooms were spotless and the staff gave great recommendations for places to eat and sites to see.
Rooms weren't the biggest but really when you're in Paris you don't spend much time in the hotel room anyway.

This was an ideal hotel located in a fabulous area of Paris, close to bars , restaurants and the Louvre. We managed to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and on the Sunday we paid for the hop on hop off Ferry services which is a not to be missed experience. We were able to leave our luggage both when we arrived and when we were departing. The staff were super friendly, efficient and generous. Gave advise on the transport system and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the reception area were a lovely touch. If you want to feel well looked after with a great knowledge of the city then this is the place.
The only thing we struggled with is the stairs to the floors which are very steep and old styled wood, curving around, we were located on the top floor so I particularly struggled as I struggle with heights. Any one with mobility issues this would not be the place to stay. There was a little noise at night but it didn't spoil our stay. The rooms were clean but basic, however for the price in the centre of Paris we didn't expect anymore than we got and we were happy with it. We would stay again but on a lower floor.

Amazing location, just off rue Montorgueil (Market Street filled with many delightful shops). Supermarket very close by as well as many patisseries and boulangeries including stohrer (oldest patisserie in Paris) less than a minutes walk away. I recommend going to joseph boulangerie- the beignets were amazing!
All the staff at the hotel were wonderful. They kindly let us store our luggage early and carried it to our room when it was ready. The room was cleaned daily and was a decent size. All in all, a comfortable stay.
You get what you pay for, don't expect more than a basic clean place to stay. The stairs are as many mentioned already, very narrow, and it would be difficult to carry luggage up and down for anyone who isn't completely fit and able. The room could do with a mini fridge. There was little storage space - the room would benefit with some bedside tables (with drawers) and a few hooks to hang items, especially in the bathroom. Also, we could hear when the room next door was showering, and when people were coming in and out at night, so I wouldn't recommend it for very light sleepers.
All minor issues.

steep staircase to get to check in desk, but I was helped by front desk man.

the staff were nice and there were a lot of restaurants around the hotel, transportation from there with the train was good. Met with the owner of the place who gave us chocolates and apologised for the untidy nature of our room which made up and was commendable
our toilet was not cleaned upon entering the property while that of our other friends was. the bin was also not emptied as there was a pair of sneakers in it. I really got pissed off upon my checkin but the way the staff handled the situation made me happy as they were genuinely apologetic and sorry about the issue once I brought it to their notice.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of a general strike that affected public transportation massively and he helped us get around the problem as best as was possible. The room was very clean, bed and shower were great. I would definitely stay here again.
Stairway would have been very difficult to wrestle luggage up. Narrow and winding. Luckily we only had small backpacks.

The room was beautiful and comfortable for a couple and the owner super friendly and helpful. Add to that the location which is the best possible and you have the perfect hotel. We are definitely coming back in a few years and totally recommend it for everyone!

The location was amazing, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was quite basic and not very comfortable, but the affordability of the hotel makes up for these issues.

It was a bit cold in our room, and the bed was on the stiffer side but it’s okay.

Friendly, family-run boutique hotel.
Owner was very helpful.
And the duty manager was superb!
No elevator, and the stairs were very narrow & steep.
So if you had to lug a lot of bags, good luck!

I really liked meeting the property manager and the staff was very helpful and friendly. That location was excellent for the nightlife and proximity to the metro.
I would’ve liked to have a bottle opener in the room.

The front desk was really helpful. I was able to check in early with no issues. The location was right in downtown closed to food and the metro to the airport.

The location was excellent, couldn't wish for a better one. Everything we needed was in a walking distance, and the hotel is located near a pedestrian zone with full of restaurants and bars, and a big mall is like two minutes away. The rooms were clean, not noisy at all, and the staff was. really friendly.
The stairs were a bit old and narrow, and climbing the 4 floors with bags wasn't too comfortable, so I wouldn't recommend it with people who have difficulties with such activities. The rooms were quite hot too, there's no AC, the Wi-fi didn't work, and there was no wardrobe in our room. But it was perfect for our short stay.
