W porządku

Standard całkiem ok, w cenie mały zestaw kosmetyków za co duży plus. Jest kuchnia i mogliśmy przyjść wcześniej zostawić rzeczy - dziękujemy!

Byliśmy na jedną noc i średnio trafiliśmy, bo akurat jedna łazienka była w remoncie, a druga była dość klaustrofobiczna. Kłopotliwe wietrzenie pokoju. Za podobne pieniądze nocowaliśmy lepiej.

No comfort and not good value for money

Its Location

The loft room is quite dark. Totally the room is not ready when I arrive after standard check in time.I was given a bedsheet and I did the bedding as the bed and pillow has NO cover.No blanket or duvet provided.There is one in the closet but seems it haven’t been washed.And you are visible from outside if light is on from the inside as the door has a little gap.Definitely, the room rate is not suitable on its condition. Better to stay in a hotel for a comfort and safety.Plus,the room rate isn’t that far difference compared to a 4 star hotel.

Best location, value for money, challenging if you are

The very best location in the heart of the city. A few steps from the main Avenue and all places of interest such as museums, Opera House and much more Vey centric location with all you need, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Very safe and beautiful neighborhood

Since it is an old building no elevator and many stairs to get to your room. We were on a second floor with at least 90 steps so a challenge with your suitcases to check in and when leaving. No official reception, just one girl doing yoga or sleeping in the entrance room.

The best guest house.

The best place to stay in the center of Tbilisi, where you have access to all the important sights right outside the guest house. The hospitable staff will answer any questions you may have. I wish you to have the same pleasant guest experience as I did.

Excellent experience, top notch location, lovely and helpful staff.

When I book something first I carefully read the reviews. Regarding to the previous reviews I was sure in great location and great staff, but I was not sure in several details ( which several reviewers mentioned before) . It was problem with water temperature and beds. I was happily surprised, to find out that everything was solved. As they have instructions on the bathroom doors of how to use the water properly so that the temperature remains good during shower, you just have to read them carefully. About beds, they were very comfortable and seemed to be new. So then when I asked the admin girl, they told me that they renovated all mattresses and even beds several months ago and they have also some good plans in the future. At the end I can say that it was really big pleasure to stay there , there is really great atmosphere , which makes you return again and again

Super nice staff, great location, and great price.

The room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, and the bathroom sink emitted a raw sewage smell because it was plumbed incorrectly.

Vintage style guest house in the heart of Tbilisi

Really interesting Vintage style rooms and halls. Girls from the Reception were really helpful and friendly. Location just perfect!

Great location. Comfortable beds. An atmospheric place

The water was cold, the heater was not working. It was difficult to contact the staff. There is a bell in the lobby but not always hotel staff came.

Good location &nice stay

Super nice host and the location is perfect, it's close to the metro station, city center and a lot of sights. Everything was clean.

The room has no windows and so it's getting pretty hot in summer.

Very good

Leon Rooms was a really nice place to stay in Tbilisi. It is excellently located, surrounded by bars and really good family kitchens. The staff were great and really fun and friendly. Leon Rooms was very laid back and we felt at home there straight away. The rooms are very quiet and far from the road. We will be returning to Leon Rooms when we return to Tbilisi! Good vibes!
