Отель потрясающий! Очень много вкусной еды на шведском столе, разнообразные красивые сладости, тематические вечера. Чистые и красивые номера, вид на море захватывающий. Понравилась лаундж зона в холле отеля, было уютно под бокальчик почитать книжку.
Отдельно хотелось бы отметить работу персонала, все очень дружелюбные и готовы со всем помочь. Понравилась спортивная ежедневная программа, тут и растяжка, и степ трейнинг, и водные виды спорта. Также имеется хороший тренажерный зал, довольно много снарядов, а сразу после можно сходить в сауну или хамам и окунуться в отдельном крытом бассейне (однако во время нашего пребывания он половину времени был закрыт на реконструкцию :( ).
Был приятный подарочек от отеля, за что тоже отдельное спасибо! В целом сложилось впечатление после отдыха, что здесь нет желания вас как-то развести на что-нибудь, только подарить хорошие эмоции. Мы с парнем остались довольны :)
Еще в зоне выдачи полотенец была чудесная женщина, имени которой мы не спросили. Она с такой теплой и солнечной улыбкой встречала нас каждый день и желала хорошего дня, что день действительно становился лучше.
Не могу сказать, что это критичный минус, но стоит учитывать, что до 11 вечера проводится развлекательная программа на сцене с громкой музыкой. Если ложиться спать пораньше, то не получится, так как музыку слышно даже с закрытыми дверьми балкона. Но у нас номер выходил именно на внутреннюю часть отеля, возможно, с другой стороны тише.
Еще на территории внутреннего двора отеля (где можно попить кофе и полежать у бассейна и в снек зоне) можно курить. Приходилось несколько раз просить людей не делать это прямо на соседнем лежаке, так как летит дым. Но это скорее на совести людей :(

Need more English-speaking staff as difficult to communicate needs. Rooms were a bit mediocre for a 5* however you’re hardly in the room anyway during your stay! Beds were comfortable.

De uitgebreide en goed verzorgde maaltijden waren erg fijn evenals de het grote zwembad en gym.
De hygiene van onze kamer bij aankomst was niet in orde, maar is heel snel als nog in orde gemaakt!

Our room was upgraded to Junior Suite after telling that we come for our honeymoon. That's why we ended up with a sea view.
Staff was very nice/helpful and were doing their best to satisfy the customers.
There were variety of food options in Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. Food quality was average/above the average considering it is a 5-star holiday hotel.
Beach was reachable via under road tunnel in 2 mins and it was clean.
We did not use the pool, slide or sauna since especially pool area was packed with families with children.
Food quality can be improved. In fistikli baklava, they do not use pistachio but use crushed nuts with green food coloring. Also Sushi's were terrible. There were lots of families with children which makes the pool area impossible to use due to lots of noise.

Totul a fost minunat, de la intrare care ne-a întâmpinat ca în filme, ne- a deschis ușa la mașină, ne-a condus la recepție, apoi la camera fără ca noi sa punem mana pe bagaje. Restaurantul foarte difersificat cu mâncare foarte bună, bar în hotel,bar pe plaja, bar la piscina, exista mancare și băutură non-stop. Curatenie in fiecare zi.Au oameni pentru fiecare lucru. Tot personalul foarte amabil și prietenos. Cei mai buni după părerea mea au fost EGE și HAKIM de la entertaiment, foarte prietenoși și amabili, chiar pot spune ca am devenit prieteni. Totul a fost minunat!

We loved our stay at Porto Bello. We were a large family group of 8 people. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Guest Relations Dept (Mert who showed us around , was very Friendly and made us feel very welcome). Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. All the staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The morning aqua gym and day time aerobics and stretching were fun, and the night entertainment was good and suited different tastes. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional support provided by The General Manager Mehmet during our visit. When we needed help, He went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of promptly and with genuine care. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made a difference in our experience. Will definitely come back to Porto Bello again whenever we are back in Antalya.

The porter with the tattoos was extremely friendly. The man arranging the taxis was also very helpful. Food was fine. Beach access was easy.
Choices available for drinks are extremely limited for an all inclusive. Only have one local beer in a plastic cup. Water available around the hotel in 200ml amounts which means a lot of wasted plastic.
Arrived at 1pm and were able to have lunch but the room still wasn’t available after the check in time. Requested a quiet room well in advance of arrival due to wife being pregnant. They put us directly above the entertainment.
Given a towel card that you must use to swap for a towel and return the towel to get the card back.
Reception do not tell you what they are doing and the service is poor - not friendly on check in or check out. First and final impressions matter.
Bathroom is old, stained and generally unclean.
Was told that the mini fridge has a few items at the start but only then gets replenished with water for the remainder of the stay. However we were not even provided water on arrival. Rang guest services and 1 hour later still no water.
For other issues guest services took 10 minutes to answer.
Most staff unfriendly and did not look like they wanted to be there.
Tip boxes everywhere in an all inclusive.
Seems like 90% of people put towels on sunbeds and then don’t use them/go to the beach. Be prepared for this.

Die Zimmer - teils neu renoviert (so scheint es) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet
5 Steckdosen im Zimmer mit 3 USB-Anschlüssen, das Bett war sehr bequem (hart) mit guten Kissen, Wasserkocher vorhanden, kleiner Kühlschrank (Wasser wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt), unfassbar freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Schnelle Bedienung im Restaurant, die sehr auf Hygiene achtet.
Das Hotel hat eine eigene (!!!) Taxi-Station, beim drücken auf den Rufknopf dauert es ~ 1 minute, bis das Taxi kommt
Bei längeren Aufenthalten erhält man kleine Geschenke (Badetasche, 1xAbendessen im a la Carte Restaurant, eine Schifffahrt (4-Stunden), Obst & Wein zur Begrüssung).
TV mit sehr vielen deutschen, russisch, ukrainischen und englischen Kanälen.
Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sind mit Leib und Seele bei der Sache, ob nun das Animationsteam (täglich wechselndes Abend-Programm), die Dame, die die Handtücher ausgibt oder die Security am Eingang (Sicherheit)
An dieser Stelle möchten wir 5 Personen explizit erwähnen:
Das Guest Relations Team (Meltem, Christina & Valeria) die IMMER ein Lächeln auf den Lippen haben und für die Gäste SEHR hilfsbereit sind !!!
Sinem im Restaurant, die stets freundlich ist und einen Hammer - Job macht !!!
Reinigungskraft Hanife, die unser Zimmer immer sauber gemacht hat !!!
Alles in allem ein sauberes Hotel mit toller Lage und hochmotiviertem Personal glänzt, aber leider von uns nur 4-plus sterne bekommt, da es leider doch ein paar Mängel aufweist.
Dennoch - wir kommen wieder !
Make-up Spiegel defekt, teilweise sind (Strand-) Handtücher schon alt und verschlissen.
Die Dusche ist an manchen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, Kleiderbügel alt und teilweise sind Halterungen rausgebrochen.
Kein Bügeleisen & -brett, recht alte A/C und Fön.
Keine Bademäntel im Zimmer (in einem Spa-Hotel sollte das eigentlich sein)
Die Möglichkeit auf der Terasse zu speisen ist zwar toll - jedoch ist die Hitze hier atemberaubend (keine Lüftung!)
Der Souvenir-Laden im Hotel ist recht hochpreisig.
Leider nicht viele Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt gelegen an der schönen Strandpromenade in Antalya, privater Strandbereich, sehr sauberes und klares Meer.
Ich war von den Zimmern sehr begeistert, neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet (nicht kitschig) sowie auch sehr sauber gehalten.
Das Essen war sehr gut sowohl am Buffet als auch an der Snack und Strand Bar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war besonders lecker und bot eine sehr große Auswahl. Am Mittag und Abend gab es viele verschiedene Gerichte und Alternativen, d.h. man konnte jeden Tag etwas anderes zum Essen finden. Im Restaurantbereich wurde auf Sauberkeit sehr geachtet, Kellner und Köche trugen immer Handschuhe, Teller wurden direkt von den Tischen abgeräumt und gesäubert.
Hervorheben möchte ich insbesondere das super nette und freundliche Personal, was nicht in jedem Hotel zu finden ist. Man hat sich tatsächlich sehr willkommen gefühlt! Danke vor allem an die liebe Kristina (Guest Relation), die sich zusätzlich um uns gekümmert hat, an Hakim der immer sehr motiviert mit uns die Poolspiele gespielt hat (Animation) sowie an Sermin (Reinigungskraft) die unser Zimmer sehr sauber gemacht hat :)
Der Strandbereich könnte sich an die rechts und links neu eröffneten Beach Bars orientieren. Schirme, Liegestühle und Tische könnten moderner bzw. geschmackvoller sein.
Der Tunnel, der vom Hotel zum Strand führt ist eine tolle Lösung, aber hier lagen teilweise Kabel oder Geräte unter den Treppen rum, was nicht so toll aussah.
Wenn man abends die Balkontüre offen lässt, muss man mit Lärm rechnen, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt.

O hotel é agradável os empregados são simpáticos…
O hotel não está adaptado aos costumes e ao mundo ocidental, por exemplo quem está de dieta não tem muitas opções… para um tudo incluído por vezes foi-me negado um banana, tive de chamar a gerência… marisco nunca vi, o peixe é de pouca qualidade a carne também… o vinho é péssimo… a maioria dos empregados não falam inglês. Enfim têm muito para melhorar.

Довольно скудное питание, мало разнообразия, преобладает одна курица, в кафетерии было представлено несколько видов пирожных и печенья, булочка с сыром и ветчиной, это скудный ассортимент, между приемами пищи практически кушать нечего, это недопустимо, для отель который себя позиционирует как роскошный . Короче питание это 3 с большим минусом по 5 ти бальной шкале. Это очень слабая сторона отеля.
Нерасторопные официанты, их не видно, за напитками всегда ходили сами.
Никакой анимации в отеле, в субботу была только игра на фортепьяно, в воскресенье не было и этого.
Долго приходилось ждать лифт, в воскресенье из трех лифтов работал только один.
В воскресенье также в зоне спа в душевой была чуть теплая вода и в хаммаме такая же история, видать персонал отдыхал в этот день.
Подогреваемый бассейн был очень хлорирован.

1/ İl manque du personnel féminin a l’accueil, trop masculanisé à mon goût.
2/ Plusieurs plats très (trop) épicés. Tout le monde ne peut pas manger aussi spicy que les locaux. Merci de penser à nous (européens ayant l’estomac qui ne supportent pas les épices fortes 😅) pour nos prochains voyages.
3/ piscine extérieure trop froide fin octobre, l’eau de la plage était plus chaude 😅.

All was nice and the staff are great and helpful! They have many things to do in the hotel and I was amazed to see food every 2 hours in their hotel for free and drinks were also free of charge . If you forgot to get a meal on time there is a restaurant near by with great prices, they even have a tennis area with great games to play with a big gym as well, I am still shocked and amazed of how clean and well put the hotel is ! It was a great stay and a great vacation all thanks to them and the staff

"Hospitality, Culture and Style", I cannot find more accurate words to describe the lavish holiday experience I had during last 1 week spent at PBR&S. starting with polite and friendly staff both at reception, guest service as well as throughout the food halls, swimming/massage facility, room service. we throughly enjoyed magnificent and delicious food at all meal times. it is perfectly located at beachfront, 15 mints taxi ride from Antalya harbour/old town centre. there are plenty of indoor and outdoor facilities for every member of the family. it is much better experience staying at PBR&S than any other European resort holidays. I highly recommend this and will certainly plan another trip soon.

Great view, lots of activities and facilities inside the hotel, buffet has a lot of food options, the food is good and the all included option is amazing so that you don't need to ever worry about finding a place outside to eat.
Had a small unfortunate event where the room above me had some sort of bathroom problem, so we had water dripping inside my room during the night, had to to be allocated to another room. Was just unlucky that it happen right above my room, those accidents happens sometimes, but seems like theres always a few small problems in each room. First room I was in for example, that little device used to filter the water going down the bathroom sink wasn't working and was completely blocking the water passage, so we had to remove it for the water to go down. On the 2nd room the fridge was not working, and the hair dryer barely gave out any hot air at all, so would take much longer to dry compared to the previous room. They are some very small issues, but I think it would be worthy to get the rooms some overall check-up.
