Great location, friendly helpful staff

Great location, lovely staff, nice room

We were in a ground floor room looking out onto the pool and were woken up early every morning because people were sat outside our room having breakfast

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, wenn man eine komfortable Unterkunft ohne großen Luxus sucht :)

Hervorragende Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück völlig in Ordnung und die Bar, die täglich bis 0 Uhr geöffnet ist, relativ günstig im Vergleich zur Umgebung.

Nice and clean housekeepers was really helpful rooms was nice and spacious.

clean pool and they made great cappuccino by the bar.

I didn't like how we had to search for beach towels that were in a bag on the table in another room.

Best hotel in Antalya

I loved this place. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The hospitality here is amazing. Felt so welcomed and safe at this hotel. It’s in a perfect location if you’re looking to stay in Antalya. I loved that the hotel had a old style about it. Everything is too modern these days.. it’s a very clean hotel so the old style looks beautiful. I had a beautiful view from my room that I was surprised with! The pool is perfect as well. Get in early for the sun and comfortable beds. Shout out to Denis and Ozkan for being great, helping me with my luggage and information about Antalya. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location.

The location was amazing. Close to all the restaurants and the port.

Rooms were very basic but met our expectations given the price point.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Aspen nice way to finish my time in Turkiye. Thankyou.

The staff were friendly.The location was ideal - close to everything in the old city. Breakfast was very good every morning. The views from the rooms was amazing. The pool was a welcome relief in the heat.

Very minor things such as - no kettle or bottled water in rooms - really wasn't an issue . But BEWARE of the 44 steps down to the harbour! Avoid at night. Hold on to the rail. Very slippery.

Luxe in the heart of old town

Great location and staff. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Small pool but wasn't busy. Good breakfast with enough options. Parking behind the hotel.

Fantastic stay nice and peaceful rest.

Fantastic stay at Aspen would highly recommend, close to private beach literally a 5 min walk, staff are very accommodating and on hand 24 hours! Food and drinks also available will definitely visit again :)

It is a perfect choice if you want to stay in a city hotel and very kind personnel

It is a city hotel but it has facilities and personnel far much helpful and better than usual city hotels. Location is perfect.

Be careful if you are traveling with a car. There is a free parking but the location is inside old city walls so the streets are too narrow. This is not a fault of hotel but just a caution.

I love everything about Aspen Hotel. The location, the breakfast, the restaurants near, the marina. Staff became family as I have been coming back so many times and they are truly amazing.

Great location in Antalya Old Town for great value

Great location. Nice room for a very good value. This hotel was probably the best value (considering the cost and the quality of the hotel experience) we had in Turkey. Nice pool area and aesthetic for southern Turkey. The staff helped point us toward the bus station for our departure. The hotel offers a partnership with a hamam for reduced price services. If we had had more time in Antalya we would have taken advantage of this.

In heart of old town- budget friendly hotel just don’t take room at noisy end.

it’s in the old town so what’s not to like. the hotel is very reasonably priced and staff super friendly and helpful.

a great variety of different food available at breakfast but the use of individual jams butter honey etc in plastic packaging very bad for environment. also in rooms it says hang towels to save washing and water but housekeeping hanged them anyway.

Great location, interior could use a few updates.

The location is excellent and next to our favorite restaurant in the old city (Pio). The staff was friendly and helped call us a taxi.

The property is a bit outdated on the inside, but I noticed some folks enjoy the style. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

brilliant staff and location would definitely stay there again.

the staff were amazing! they gave us there time and effort whenever needed. the facilities were clean and the ambience was fantastic. location was also brilliant.

The hotel is located in the old town at the top of a very steep and narrow lane. This is fine if walking but not a good option for a car. unfortunately this is the way the map on my phone took us despite there being an easy route. If travelling by car I would advise you contact the hotel before arrival asking them for a map showing you the easy route.

Overall satisfactory

Spacious room , Bathroom ok , No water after first day, No coffee / tea. Staff behaviour just satisfactory. Breakfast normal .Location deep from main road . But nearby places and sea side good

Our choice next time

We had no expectations of this hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel is very well taken care of, the owner visibly cares about this place and invests back into the property. The location is great, close to everything. We saw the sea and mountains from our room. Next time we will for sure invest into a bigger room and breakfast. Loved the garden very much. We also noticed the good cleanliness of this hotel. 9.5, good value for money.

Heart of Antalya Old Town

The location is great, the heart of old town, plenty of restaurants around and closest beach is 5 min walk. the beach is private and costs 70TL per person, sun lounger and umbrella included. hotel is clean and facilities are great staff very friendly and helpful

the nightclub next door with very loud dance music until 2/3am every day. cannot sleep with open window and can hear the music once all windows are closed, not much night sleep the quality of breakfast, not many hot food options, the price is too high for what has been offered

it's ok but nothing more

next time i would choose a location closer to the tram station; hotel has a ludicrous policy stating any drinks and food from outside of the hotel are forbidden to take to the room; loud ppl in the hallway, as is always the case with ground floor rooms; room a bit worn, e.g. one flushing button of the toilet is stuck and i doubt if they will ever repair it;
