Sehr gute Lage,sauberes und modernes Hotel.

Die Lage war sehr gut,alles schnell zu erreichen z.b. Wanderwege oder das Elbufer,aber auch die Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das ist nur meine Meinung,aber die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren nicht so toll.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Wanderurlaub im Elbsandsteingebirge

Gute, ruhige Lage, sehr großes Zimmer, Parkplatz, genug Haken im Bad und an der Garderobe und Bügel im Schrank. Sehr schönes großes Bad mit sehr großer Dusche. Viele leckeren Marmeladen.

Das Frühstück war ok, das Omelette/Rührei schmeckte extrem künstlich und war pappig in der Konsistenz. Von selbstgebackenem Brot hätte ich mehr erwartet. Es fehlten Nüsse beim Müsli. Das Reinigungssystem war nicht durchschaubar, wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Man hätte eine „extra“ Reinigung ordern können. Wir waren aber verwundet, dass in einer Woche nicht einmal gereinigt wurde. Die Beleuchtung im Bad, insb am Spiegel, war etwas schwach.

Würden immer gerne wiederkommen und jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen

Schöne kleine Anlage , alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei , eine gute Auswahl . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer ein Lächeln für alle .

Leider gab es nach dem auschecken keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck, bis zur Abreise, zu lagern

Wunderbar

Zimmer, Hotel, Lage und Bad Schandau haben uns, wie jedes Jahr, sehr gut gefallen. Durch die hochwertige Ausstattung ist das Hotel noch genauso schön, wie vor vielen Jahren. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück super.

Spacious room close to the river bus station.

The apartment was well situated at easy walking distance from the bus station. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

The entire experience was completely impersonal, as everything was sorted out online. Even breakfast had to be reserved daily online. The upstairs bedroom had no bathroom, so whoever sleeps upstairs needs to come down the stairs at night to use the toilet. The pool area looked nothing like the pics posted on booking. Not really very appealing for a swim.

Very clean, very nice big room. The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. Breakfast was really good, apart from ordinary coffee

Having to go through the car park to enter the hotel. When so icy, it was just weird.

the best, spacious hotel with friendly staff I’ve ever stayed in

the property was amazing, very clean and modern. the rooms are huge, and you have a terrace or balcony space which was amazing. there’s a sauna for when you arrive back from your hikes, and the breakfast is so good 🥰, and the staff are amazing. honestly, cannot wait to come back

Luxury hotel appartement

A very large room with balcony, walk-in shower, mini fridge and very good beds. Outside there is a shared sauna and swimming pool. Booked with a end-of-season discount, which made it terrific value for money. Key card was stored in a coded locker, so no reception or check-in deadlines.

We can recommend it for short and long stays. Family friendly

The room/appartment was of great size. Bigger than we expected. The breakfast was rather good and the staff was friendly. We also liked the facilities like swimming pool, sauna, underground parking. We stayed only for one night, but we could for sure spent more days there next time.

A nice spacious room with lovely staff and great parking facilities but not adults only

There was a lot of space in the room. The hotel had a good parking facility. Also the staff was very friendly. The pool looked nice as well but we didnt use it because it was full most of the times.

The room was a bit dated. The bathroom was not as in the images or at least not clear that the other rooms have nicer interiors. For a 4 star hotel I expected the rooms to be more luxurious/comfortable. Still a really nice room nonetheless! Sadly the national park was closed for our trip due to the forrest fires but that was not anything the hotel could have fixed. Also at night at around 11pm we heard children jump and run through the hotel room next to us even though the hotel should be adults only according to the website.
