Hotel très bien situé avec une magnifique vue, le personnel est très sympathique.
La chambre était petite et ne correspondait pas aux photos mais nous avons pu changer, le personnel a été très compréhensif pour une chambre très bien.

vista e terrazza straordinaria, colazione ottima, servizio ottimo
stanze un po' calde e odore di chiuso all'arrivo.
Colazione al sole, servirebbero degli ombrelloni.

The room was quite small.

Views were spectacular and pool crystal clear. Location was perfect at the top of the hill and right in the village centre. The breakfast was very good with a variety of muesli, pastries, eggs and fruit.
One of the older female receptionist did not have a good personality for the position. Everyone else on reception were very pleasant and accommodating.

not much, the staff is very pleasant and professional, the view is nice once you managed to reach the hotel.
it is located very high up the mountain, too much stairs to get to the bedroom, the bedroom pictures are not the bedroom you will get no matter what price you will pay so don’t rely on booking.com pictures. it is not clear when booking that the hotel can arrange to carry your luggages to the hotel located high up.

The climb up! and the pillows.

the family room was a nice days for us 4. the pool was small but large enough for multiple guests and to cool off durning the heat of the day. the view was spectacular from the pool area and worth the climb up the hill to the hotel. open area lobby brought in some great shade and breezes. staff was very friendly and welcoming, we found the breakfast to be plenty of choices and well stocked. AC was great too.
my only wish was to enjoy some lighter meals or small plate options while having a drink by the pool, perhaps in the evenings. would be great if food was served, even just larger appetizers to enjoy out there.

The pool and the view were amazing
The food offering at the hotel should be extended. During the day it would be nice to get lunch or dinner rather than just snacks.

Very kind staff which helped us with our luggage. Stunning views from the bar. Great breakfast with good coffee.

The location with splendid views across the harbour and surrounding sea and the friendly staff are the two greatest assets of the hotel. Our room (one of the family suites) was large and very clean and had a great view of the harbour. The historic building itself gives the place a unique and exclusive touch. The al fresco breakfast on the terrace was one of the highlights of the day. The little pool was alsoan unexpected pleasure.
Unclear if this was due to covid-19 or not, but at times the hotel (which is more of a B&B really) seemed tightly staffed. The garden could do with some daily attention from a gardener and many areas could do with a lick of paint. The furniture in the rooms and the common outdoor areas should be updated. The garden furniture were poor quality plastic. We wished our ”suite” would have had a nice seating area, not just the beds, a couple of wardrobes (one of which was full of mold) and a simple wooden chair. This is a shame, because the building is historic, the location spectacular and the staff wonderful.

We really enjoy our stay at the hotel torre dei Borboni mainly because of the location, the terrace with its amazing view, even though it could be improved in particolar the bar service and the very options that they provide. The cleanliness was excellent both in our room and in the entire property.
