The hotel is in a dream location overlooking the Chiaia Di Luna Bay and the main town. The breakfast had an amazing selection and was served outside with both bay and pool views. There is a helpful shuttle into town.
Our room had an amazing view, but was quite small (and in in of refurbishment) and noisy form the bar (although we were warned). The food in the restaurant is very good, but there is only one vegetarian option. The shuttle bus into town stops too early in the evening although the walk up to the hotel was OK in the night (as it was cooler). Although the pool is lovely, it has no shallow end.

Great views of the Chiaia. Great location
The rooms were clean but small

The breakfast was very good, especially looking out on the view. The location was great - the hotel overlooks the water and the cliffs.
I enjoyed my stay. The two things I disliked, though, was that my room was a bit damp and the waiters in the restaurant did not come off as kind. However, the receptionists were very helpful.

This property is beautiful, located right next to Spiaggia Chiaia di Luna, which is a wonderful and popular sunset spot. The facilities were nice, room was an average size. The pool and patio were both very beautiful, and it's very kind that the staff allow use of them, and the ability to hold your bags for you in the lobby on your departure day. The staff were very kind and attentive, and even called us a taxi to get us to our next destination, and offered recommendations for renting scooters and boats in town.
Unfortunately this property is also right next to a nightclub. We were warned about the loud music prior to booking, but didn't think we would be completely unable to sleep until it stopped. I'd suggest adding more noise cancelling windows/walls, or offering earplugs as part of a welcome package especially for the rooms that are directly next to the nightclub.

the staff, walking distance to village, the little bus service, the view, the floor tiles, the small but nice room, the view. and luckily no parties half of september at the terrace anymore, so ai could sleep.
today nothing. lux and quiet. but in summer and part time on the terrace must be different..

the location is very nice, one of the best on the island.
breakfast was good. and the stuff was very polite)

the communal areas are spectacular- well equipped and clean
the room- musty smell and mould stains on the walls

The hotel is pretty and clean with a nice outdoor pool and amazing view!
Breakfast had more than enough options and staff are very polite and helpful
The hotel sits on a cliff with a steep 5 minute hike. Gives an excellent view but can be tiring to claim. Also, the club next door could get noisy

great location, very polite staff, excellent in-house restaurant
poor Wi-Fi signal in the room
No shuttle bus from other ports but the main one

There are many outdoor areas where you can relax (including the swimming pool area), all of them with great sea views. There is also a sunset bar reserved for guests where you can order a drink and enjoy the magnificent sunset. We liked the fact you can use the pool before check in time (day of arrival) and after checking out (departure day). We also appreciated being able to borrow a pool towel for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was also great, as well as the outdoor breakfast area which overlooks the pool and/or the sea. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes walk from the centre.
The room was a little old, but still ok. I think all the great outdoor space you can use as a guest compensates fully. I missed having a clothes rack to hang the beach towel, as the room had a small balcony so it could have fit there. The fancy bar nearby (which is still part of the hotel, but also open to the public) has loud music from 19h00, but they stop at midnight which is reasonable. Depending on where your room is you get to hear more or less of it. I think the listing mentioned this.

breakfast was amazing.. but the restaurant had very mediocre dinner meals at best

The location and view were unrivaled. The room was a bit small, however.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly at first, but they fixed it immediately.

The breakfast was amazing. Our children loved the selection and pasteries.
The setting is spectacular. The views and sunset are something people travel to see. The town and port is a short distance and you can get a little exercise when you aren’t at the pool drinking Aperil Spirtz.
We are not sure. We loved everything. The family seems to run the hotel and the Grandmother os around every day to say hello and wish you well.

Perfect location and great staff. Best accomodation in Ponza.

Clean rooms, excellent location, great breakfast. A perfect walk to the town by night or day.
A bit noisy outside. Kibar is a bit over priced and drinks were not that good.

Hotel Chiaia De Luna simply has some of the best views in Ponza. There's multiple areas where you can sit and enjoy spectacular views - whether it's breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner. The buffet breakfast was a clear highlight and the perfect way to start each morning. The staff and particularly the owners were amazing.

Exceptional. Aside from the incredible views, the staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help with any question or difficulties. If you go to Ponza and don’t stay in Chiaia Di Luna, it’s your own fault.
