Closed pool + cigarette smell and someone else's hair.

So, the first shock, aside from the fact that it's a pretty awful building where you're a bit scared to walk down the hallway (similar to an old student dorm), came when I opened the door to the room. I was hit by a brutal cigarette smell. I seriously considered sleeping on the balcony instead. Though the balcony was small and didn't have any seating. It's also great that they have a pool in the photos, which is why I booked the place (it was early October but still 25 degrees)... The pool is indeed in the photos, but you can't use it because it's not functional. They could at least mention that in the description. Finding someone else's hair on the shower hose doesn’t exactly add to the comfort either. But for the price was ok.

En el rellano olía muy mal, a rancio, no era algo puntual, era todos los días. La televisión era muy pequeña. La habitación era duplex y en la zona superior no se podía dormir del calor que hacía, debería tener aire acondicionado.

Ideal para familias

La localización. Tiene unos alrededores maravillosos para pasear al lado de la Ría del Pas. Muy cerca de Santander y de todo lo que queríamos visitar. Además es ideal para familias con niños.

El apartamento estaba bien en general. Reformado salvo el baño. Los exteriores muy deteriorados, necesita una buena reforma.

Despite a wait for hot water and distance from some amenities, the spacious and comfortable apartmen

The Apartamentos Dunas de Liencres offered a spacious and comfortable apartment with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. The room itself was a real plus, providing ample living area.

There were a coupel of minor inconveniences. The room required a keycard to be inserted for the electricity to function. Which meant the water heater wasn't initially turned on, resulting in a wait for hot water for showering. Additionally, the location of our apartment. It was situated quite far from the main reception area where the dining, pool, and laundry facilities were located. Unfortunately, this distance prevented us from taking full advantage of those amenities.

Appartement confortable et bon marché dans un immeuble défraichi

L'appartement spacieux, appartement propre et refait à neuf, le parking facile d'accès. Des équipements suffisants pour un court séjour (cuisine, lits, salle de bain...).

L'immeuble semble un peu vétuste et défraichi (notamment un bâtiment non terminé, qui est muré). Aspect extérieur (carreaux cassés, béton sale, tagué). On dirait un bâtiment abandonné. Douche étroite, qui fuyait.

Perfecto para visitar Cabarceno y Santander

Apartamento en zona tranquila y en perfecto estado, camas cómodas y situado muy cerca para visitar el parque de Cabarceno y Santander.

La piscina climatizada, el agua estaba algo fría, además no dispone de vestuarios para cambiarse, por lo que para los que tenemos que trasladarnos en coche desde el apartamento, supone un problema. Por otro lado el apartamento es para 6 personas, al igual que la reserva, y sin embargo solo dispone de 4 sillas. La puerta del microondas no se abre del todo, porque toca en las escaleras que suben a la habitación superior, limitando en gran manera el tamaño del objeto a calentar.

La cercanía a la autovía y el fácil aparcamiento

Las instalaciones están pidiendo a gritos una mano de pintura. Los muebles necesitan un descanso.

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment in a small village near Santander. The apartment was comfortable and was equipped with all the services you need for a good stay. The parking was in front of the structure. Quality / price was excellent.

Place smelt of cigarettes. Seemed a little isolated. Seems like a lot of residential let's alongside holiday lettings. Very loud TV coming from next door. Fine for one night, passable but a little sad. A fine option if you are stuck for accommodation in boo

Overall good experience amazing location

The location is amazing. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The hotel playa de liencres is really close to duna apartment and you can use all the facilities. My children really enjoyed kids club which is offered all day until 10 pm with a lot of activities.

I didn’t like that families with pet were mix with pet free families. They should to consider allergic reactions. There’s only one reception which is in playa de liencres hotel so if I need something I have to walk 500 metres.

Bad

Dirty not cleaned one bit bath had sharp bits of fill sticking up we it had been filled , people shout all night cars coming and going untill all hours banging door which set the dogs in the other apartment off barking beds so uncomfortable my sons ended up going on the floor, in the end we left and stayed in the car for a few hour no reception area out door pool filthy would avoid at all cost

Not well maintained accommodation and expensive for what you get.

Appartment was big enough for a family of 4. Bathroom and lining was proper.

Building is very old and not well mantained. Furniture is very old, not comfortable. Really expensive for what you get. I would recommend to check other options in the area.
