L'habitació i els amenities ens van agradar molt.
L'esmorzar era una mica fluix.

The hotel is just a good as on a previous visit in 2017. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ideal.
While staying there unfortunately there was a lot of loud banging coming from what seemed to be the floor above us (we were on the 5th floor). I understand some refurbishment was being done but we were not informed of this at the time of booking. The other matter is that the hotel appears to liaison with taxis using a particular app but not with the radiotaxis. While there the taxis were on strike and we had no way of getting to the hospital for my husband's surgery. Just by chance one of the reception staff informed us of the bus which goes by the hospital. After the strike had ended a couple of days later, a taxi driver explained that the radiotaxi system always has emergencies covered ie for hospital, airport and sea port and will always provide in these circumstances. The reception staff however disagreed with this and said they don't work with radiotaxis. It would be helpful to clarify what the truth is.

Great location, pet friendly, close to metro and nice walking distance from the Centre. Nice service at front desk, also possibility to spend time at the rooftop beach after checking out and if you have time before your flight. Overall had a good experience.
The walls are a bit thin, could hear the guests next door talking and slamming doorsuntil late at night. Next time would ask to be moved further away from other guests if possible.

The pool was nice when we were able to use it. Drinks were good
The reservations for the pool, they would say it was full but no one in the chairs.
4.1
the staff were nice and friendly
the pool requires a reservation in advance and a minimum order consumption from the bar of 25 EUR. It was very inconvenient to try to book in advance with a toddler as the day may not always go as planned on holidays, and sometimes there was no availability at all, and if there was we had to order for 25 EUR even if we wanted to stay just for 20-30 minutes.
if you want to be spontaneous and pop into the pool for a quick swim - you can't. which I found very frustrating and disappointing.

One thing that really stands out is the beach area on top of the hotel. It's really beatiful and lives up to any expectation you might have about the place. It's a perfect spot to relax in the middle of the city. Make sure to book it in advance and enjoy it from the moment it opens, because families with very young kids show up after noon or closer to the evening.
Food and cocktails at the beach area were also great. You could even order things by scanning a sunbed-specific QR-code and have everything delivered to your sunbed. Amazing concept.
The breakfast was great. Just be sure to get there no later than 08:30, because the breakfast area gets busy.
A/C in the room was set at the exactly right temperature. The adjustments were locked and could only be controlled by the staff, but there was no need for those.
Great value compared to the price.
Our room had a very big balcony with a good view.
The overall hygiene and cleaning standard in our room was really... strange. At our arrival, we noticed following 4 things:
1) Black hair in our towels and our beds.
When we arrived at the hotel, we quickly discovered a few long black hairs in our bed. No wories, the sheets were clean, so maybe the staff left a few of those. But after unwrapping our first towel to dry our hands, we found a huge chunk of black hair in it! We quickly checked the other towerls, which had a single hair here and there. This is absolutely a no-go for a hotel to deliver bed sheets and towels with black hair in them - especially the towels. We complained about it the first time and had our towels swapped immidiately.
2) The fridge wasn't cleaned properly and had food residue at the bottom.
3) The very lowest shelves of the wardrobe cabinet were not cleaned prior to our arrival or during our stay. They were full of dust and small hairs, probably from other guests. We avoided using those, but to be fair, everything above knee level was clean.
4) When we arrived on thursday, the safe wasn't working. It would accept the code, but would not close. We reported it to the staff the same day. The staff changed the batteries on friday, but didn't check whether the safe was working. When we were about to use it, it wouldn't turn on at all. We reported it to the staff again. The finally swapped the safe with a working one on saturday.
The next day after our arrival, we found breadcrumbs in one of our towels. Don't get me wrong, we didn't scrutinize everything, but the breadcrumbs and black hairs really jumped our visually, so those were really noticeable notice them. The rest of our stay, we kept finding black hair in both our towels and our sheets, but we thought that this was the cleaning standard, so we didn't complain.

Friendly and very helpful staff!
Hotel and room interior a bit older than on the photos. Cleaning of the rooms could be slightly improved.

There is nothing I can say about this property that will give anyone even the slightest idea of how bad it was. Where do I start. Housekeeping was for a better word atrocious. Never once changed the sheet and half made up the beds. The shower kept flooding the bath due to inadequate drainage. I had to change my room key seven times as it never worked. They advertise a “Very Good Breakfast” which is anything but. Believe it or not if you want to go for a swim in the hotel pool you will need to pay a minimum of 25 euros for a sun lounge and umbrella. They don’t charge those at some of the best beaches in Greece. Staff were friendly but my overall experience was that I thought I was stain a backpackers.
Please see above comments.

The staff were so very helpfull and friendly the room was clean
Balcony could have been nicer could have added nice table an chairs
Quite expensive for drinks and didnt like the idea of having to order out as the kitchen doesnt do lunches or any snacks except crisps and they dont use the breakfast restaraunt to have an evening meal inbar

The hotel is ecological. The pool is great, and so is the loby with the games. The room was comfortable.
4.1
On the positive side, the room itself had some redeeming features. The air conditioning worked well, providing a comfortable environment during our stay. The spacious bathroom with a large bathtub was a welcome addition, and the towels provided were clean and of good quality.
our disappointment arose when we discovered that access to the pool area required a minimum spend of 40 euros. This information was not made clear during the booking process, and we had chosen this hotel mainly because of the pool facilities. It felt somewhat deceiving to have this added cost, and it limited our enjoyment of the pool, especially for guests who might not wish to spend that much.
Moreover, another inconvenience was the lack of food service before 17:00, leaving guests with no option but to spend on drinks during the day. This arrangement might not be suitable for everyone, especially those seeking substantial meals or healthier options during their stay.
Regrettably, the staff at the pool area did not match the level of friendliness we experienced at the reception. Some were rude, and this negatively impacted our experience.
The biggest letdown, however, was the breakfast. The lack of diversity and inedible options made it an underwhelming start to the day. The coffee provided was of poor quality, and if you desired a better cup, an additional charge was required. Healthy food choices were scarce, and the heavy reliance on pork offerings might not be suitable for all guests, especially those with dietary restrictions or preferences.

The people here were all so nice and helpful. All of the staff. From the front desk to the breakfast staff and the people cleaning the rooms. Everybody was lovely and helpful. We rented the suite. It was spacious. But not as big as the pictures make it seem but it did the job for us.
We went to use the rooftop pool. But we were forced to book a space and pay a minimum of 25 euro to even sit in the chairs. And to get the bigger chairs it was even more money. The 25 had to goto food or drinks to reserve your spot. I was not a fan of that at all. As every hotel I’ve been to, allows you to use the pool if you’re already a paying guest. And for somebody who doesn’t drink. It was very aggravating that we had to buy food or drinks in order to use the pool that we’ve already spent a lot of money to stay in the room. This was a boiling point for me. As Greece was under a massive heat wave. I get it isn’t the people who work there’s fault as they are just doing their job. But it was a big money grab for the company for sure. And those pour people got a lot of angry customers when we were sitting there.
We had a king size bed. Which was great. But the bed sheets were not form fitting. And they would slid around to much. And the view was not the greatest. We were on the highest floor with beds and the suite view was of alleyways. But we weren’t there to stay in our room so it wasn’t that bad.

Great staff at reception, I didn't have taxi (due to car acciedence)nand he literally went to to street and provide me taxi driver.
Cleaning part in the bathroom.
4.1
Staff was very polite. Room was neat and clean.
The fact that access to the pool for guests had to be paid for (25 euros) was unacceptable and not at all what was mentioned on the page of the hotel. Room was basic. Breakfast was messy. Not worth the price.
4.1
Good location, free parking
The A/C in our room was not working properly, probably needs maintainance and cleaning. Once it started working all of us begun to sneeze. The toilet had no fan. It was hard to contact the reception (no info provided in the room or on the room's phone)
4.1
The rooms were set up to our needs which was great. The breakfast was good.
When we tried to confirm the room set up the hotel said they can’t confirm the availability of 3 single beds prior to arrival. Once there it was no problem but it would be good to have known prior to coming

Loved the roof top beach club vibe.
Good sized clean rooms with lots of storage .
Liked pool table in foyer.
Some small points:
It would be nice to have warm water in the pool side shower as if guests are going out or checked out of room and heading to airport straight from pool, it would be nice to shower and change. The water is FREEZING!
The breakfast cold food selection was good but the ‘hot’ buffet food was barely warm.

Located in a not to busy area. Nice and spacious rooms. Nice roof top with a pool. Receptionists extremely polite and helpful
Extra payment for the use of the pool and parasols. Seemed unnecessary
Breakfast somehow could have some more attention, in our opinion it did not match a 4 star hotel.
4.1
The location is a bit out of the city center, but the metro is convenient, and we enjoyed the restaurants and local bars around the area. Also, the individuals circulating the area were locals enjoying the neighborhood, which we appreciate.
The room was clean and changed daily.
The breakfast was excellent and covered us for much of the day.
It says in includes a pool but the pool does is not available without paying a per couple charge to the bar for food or drink. We were under the impression that the pool was included. We may have missed the fine print. In the end, it did not matter since we went to the beach and spent our days visiting Athens.
We reported a broken USB plug, but it was not fixed by the time we left.

I like the location - it is the second time I'd stayed in the area: there is a lively square just a block away with restaurants, fast food, cafes, etc. Two metro stations are also a few minutes away each with good access to the centre and the airport. The staff in the hotel was super nice. There is a bar on the room that pretends to be a Greek beach - I only went to up check it out.
A bit expensive for what it is - the room was small, furniture was a bit tired, the hotel needs renovation. The pool on the roof is a big puddle.
