It was decent, not what i expected though.

We stayed at Sineo Suite which had a huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Very bright room. King size bed. Automated curtains and black outs.

The room itself (Sineo) although a suite, is a bit weird arrangeds, as you walk into a packed sets of sofas and then the bathroom in an open space. The mattress needs replacement. It was hard to locate power outlets for charging devices. Rather there were multi-outlets on the floor. A bit noisy since it's literally above the swimming pool and breakfast area.

Lovely hotel and room, great service but it is time for a small room renovation.

Very comfortable room and great service. We stayed in the Physis Suite. The room was spacious and with lovely design, we liked the leafy outlook and the great amenities (we had everything we needed). Breakfast was great too. I know the location very well, as I used to live in the area, but it is a great location out of the center of Athens.

The hotel seems to have been renovated recently but the room needs a bit or renovation, especially the Shower. It would be great if the room had a smart tv instead of a regular one. Balcony furniture also need an update.

The staff of this nice and quiet hotel, is very helpful, welcome and friendly. This is one of the reasons that i'm going to visit it again. The room was very clean with great view. Breakfast is ok, no any complaint. The SPA section is a plus. Pool is actually two pools. Very clean water, we enjoyed them.

Forest around / very professional and helpful receptionist and evening time Barmaid

dirty pools/ dirty spa without place to relax after steam. steam was to hight temperature. No water in spa area. Even hotel was empty You need one day bfr to order steam room- all the time buse- even You don’t see clients there. Spa was run by outside company - but very disappointing. Gym v small. The cleaning ladies not v well trained.

Very comfortable and peaceful

The rooms are wonderful, especially the bed and bedsheets. The staff was nice and very helpful, and it was sweet of them to give me a plate of fruit for my birthday. They made me feel comfortable and at home, and helped with any situation that required their assistance.

The spa is a separate entity and I thought it was part of the hotel. While the staff was very nice, the massage was painful and the facial hurt my eyes.

Good

Very friendly staff who booked taxis and helped with tips to visit Athens. Breakfast was mediocre and not up to par for 5 stars. Nice and silent room with goods beds. Bathroom had a special shower (5 showers heads across each other), which is up to personal preference.

The pool only opens at 11am and already closes at 7pm. No possibility for a morning dive before breakfast.

lots of potential, service needs improving

plenty of space in the rooms with additional room to relax on the balcony

some snagging issues - e.g. shower door did not prevent water from escaping onto the floor & one set of light switches only worked some of the time. However the main problem was that none of the staff seemed at all interested - e.g. no towels offered by the pool & when we asked where to go for breakfast in the morning the bar staff seemed annoyed by the question

Perfect luxury

Beautiful room - I was upgraded to an Executive room. Free Spa Centre was lovely. The hour long massage was great value for money. Quiet, adult hotel with very friendly staff. Only a short taxi ride to Kifissia Metro, so location is good.

breakfast was appalling. nowhere near a 5 star hotel and to be honest the quality, quantity and choices were more alike to a below 3 star establishment.
