Great location, in a beautiful setting. It is in one of the richest areas of Greece.

The room decor is very nice. Breakfast was ok.

Parking is 5 min walk away and difficult to manoeuvre into. Breakfast could have more fresh ripe fruit. Location is a bit noisy so they should invest in better sound proofing.

Beautiful area, comfortable stay.

Beautiful area, walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops, although not close to Athens centre. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned and dated for my taste, however perfectly neat, clean and comfortable. Staff were very kind. We got a last min offer, so the value for money was excellent and breakfast being included. I would choose it again.

All was perfect, no issues. As mentioned above, a bit old-fashioned styled rooms.

Everything from the room, bathroom, breakfast and gym facilities are top notch.

Ive stayed here on a number of occasions and this hotel does not disappoint.

3 star hotel that needs renovations and changes in personnel!

Location!

This in NOT a 5 stars hotel. 3 at most. The personal is very unfriendly. Not 1 smile in 3 days. Is like they were zombies forced to work. The bathroom is 1 star. No room for anything with a very small bathtub witch is also shower.If you stayed in a 5 star hotel before you will soon realize that this in only a 3 star one. THE HOTEL HAS NO PARKING! No matter what they say. The parking is in another hotel 500 m away, so if you came at 01.00 in the night, you will roam the streets to find your hotel. The reception personel doesn’t even say Hi when you pass by(unbelievable) and if you want to ask something they act like you bother them. I felt very unwanted at this location. I will put some pictures from the bathroom and hotel. Avoid this lication. Money thrown away!

Very disappointed, expected at least basic amenities

The breakfast was exceptional. There were so many options to choose from and everything was delicious. We also ordered room service, we loved the food again. Would go back again but only to the hotel restaurant. Also, the staff were very professional and polite.

The room had no electric kettle. Let me rephrase that, the room in a 5 STAR HOTEL had no electric kettle, so also no complimentaary tea or coffee. Not even water in the fridge was complimentary. I have not encountered this in my 28 years of age and many years of travelling, was extremely disappointed and so was my boyfriend. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it had a hole down the middle. As a couple, we hated that and felt like we were sleeping on a pull-out couch. We had stayed at a different, 4 star hotel close to the city centre in the previous days and everything was loads better.

Homey and comfortable

I stay often in this hotel and it holds a special place in my heart. The location is absolutely brilliant, the building itself holds a sense of grandeur past but is always in need of small tweaks to maintain its standard. The rooms are spacious and warm with a unique ambience. The pool in the summer is absolutely wonderful and the breakfast is always good.

The hotel is in need of a serious renovation to maintain its 5star status.

We arrived late at night however the staff was very helpful to accommodate our needs.

Breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel itself was very old and looked that it hadn't been renovated for a long time. The furniture was old and not well maintained.
