Room was huge, with a sofa and 2 armchairs. Sunny and well ventilation.
I parked the bike right in front of the entry, with cameras and night watch for free!
Ignore the restaurant. I saw a mouse running aand nobody cared! Besides, food is continental and tasteless

Let’s say the location but nothing really. The receptionist and the cleaning ladies where nice though. The room was huge.
It’s outdated, very basic, and expensive for what it is.
TV didn’t work, the bathroom had hair everywhere. The internet wasn’t reliable.

Hotel Location, friendly staff, fantastic hotel restaurant location and delicious food, very clean hotel, and good atmosphere 👌
The place of the air-condition in the room is not suitable. Although there were many cars parking, but the guards should not make hotel guests cars to park too close to each others, because this could cause a problem.

Location, price, clean.
The double-size bed in the family suite doesn't have any plugs! And there is only one plug for the 2 other single beds!
Breakfast can improve.

Location was great very close to the beach, breakfast was good, price value it's good
They are upgrading all rooms, on the booking.com website you will see pictures of the new rooms, we had a room for 3 persons in the not new furnished rooms yet so that was a bit disappointing

The appliances are quite modern and easy to use.
The bed was very comfortable.
Very nice bathrooms if not for the age deterioration.
Breakfast was satisfying.
The walls were thick enough to allow a fine sound isolation.
The staff was very helpful.
The view in my room wasn't as advertised. I got one of the rooms with the bad view.
The ac wasn't manually adjustable, I had to keep having to turn it on and off.
The floor was a bit dusty.
The hotel doesn't have a smoking area, I had to rush my breakfast and go smoke outside.
Low quality toilet paper.

Room was big enough. But floor was so dirty under beds was nasty windows all over with dust. Was some drop of blood on beds cover. I have complained to recieption as cleaner was on service but she didn’t clean floor at all. But still they didn’t mopped it at all. No hangers to hang your closed I ask for them, but Notting was given to me. On breakfast buffet they have fresh bakery hidden under counter only not fresh food was on top of counter to pick. Fresh one only given to people they like to give.but it great location

Very disappointing experience. The hotel and the region ( Rif) are not hospitable , friendly nor are they welcoming which is not the experience I had in the rest of Morocco. We were not really welcomed or appreciated, no smiles in the capital of the Rif. Will never go back to visit.
I have always wanted to visit the land of one of my childhood heroes Emir AbdelKarim Khattabi. Reality however was very different and largely negative, I could feel it that as that I was not welcome. The hotel receptionist Yahya lied to us when I called from the beautiful mountain town of Chefchouwen about room availability ( I spoke in Arabic), that was the beginning, I later discovered there were plenty of rooms available, the question is why he told me NO, nowhere in Morocco was I told no. I booked my room online and my fear materialized after I arrived in Al-Hoceima. The treatment changed little bit when I strictly spoke in English. I was told by many including family members who had very bad experiences not to go, but I decided to discover the Rif and visit Al-Hoceima and discover it on my own, sadly they were right. There was no doormen to help us with luggage, I had to go change my room twice, the first one was very small, the second one was old and dirty, finally they gave me a junior suite that was not up to standards especially for the price I paid. The bathroom was dirty, no water or coffee maker, the fridge was not working, they did bring a new after my request. The breakfast is very substandard to say the least, again no smile and the tea is served in a long glass with mint which is considered rude and cheap in Morocco.
