It was ok for a two night stay.

Location beside the petrol station was v convenient. Having a connecting room was very appreciated.

There was no cleaning service on the first day.

The name change means nothing grotty motel overpriced Indian owners

No breakfast I like that they let us keep a pet there even if it cost $60 more..

I didn’t like it was additional price when I arrived $200 for a night and the room was dirty with pubic hairs in the bedsheets and condoms under the bed. Disguisting

The staff in male staff in the evening when I checked in was soo accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were also clean and tidy.

The female morning staff was soo rude to me, a middle age Asian woman with glasses. I left my phone in my room by mistake and when I told her about she was talking so rudely to me as was talking to me, Because she was talking to a white person she was happy but when she turned her face towards me she seemed not to like me,I do not want to say that maybe because of my colour as I am a black woman but the logic are pretty straightforward. It was generally a good space, thank God I was checking out at that time.

Fairly good value for money. The joined room is ideal for larger families.

The rooms were perfect in terms of the combination of beds for our family and an extra unrelated guest. We had a joined room with three singles in one room and a double/queen and a single in the other. Good room for bigger families.

My son was not able to collect the key before hand and I was told I would need to amend the booking in order for him to do so. This was difficult as we were driving and it would have been good to be able to sort it out verbally over the phone. Thankfully, my son was able to get into our booking and add himself - all worked out in the end. No shower hub, and curtains that do not quite reach the floor, meant that there was very quickly a lot of water on the floor.

Consistently good.

We have stayed multiple times in the last year and the staff are always friendly and efficient. The room was clean and excellent value. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Exceptional

Location staff the area was just really nice. Relaxing weekend is what we were after and what we got. Air con was nice.

The bed was a bit hard and there was a massive water stain outside in the hallway that smelt a little of rotten carpet.

The horrible place to stay

I was only there for couple of hours.

Rude staff, the horrible smell in the hallway, the blankets with holes and burnt, it's seems like some customer smokes in the rooms, rooms were not cleaned, muddy bedsheet, horrible customer service, customers smoking in the hallways, customers sitting on the stair case and browsing their phones, not family friendly. I had booked the hotel for around 7 days looking the pictures, the rooms were fine, but the bedsheet and blankets weren't cleared, did t seem hygienic. As soon as I reached the hotel, I wanted to use the washroom, I was told it out of order by the staff but then I saw them using the toilets. I asked to use in the room they were spotting us, but the staff said, can't use until I pay. I started for couple of hours and left the hotel didn't feet comfortable, if they would have allowed us to see the room I wouldn't have paid them.They took my money and didn't bother to refund. I was told the hotel manager will call back, the next day, no one called, I emailed them no response from them. According to them, I was expecting a lot more for $99.00, I have stayed in cheaper motel than this and they were far better in standards, hygiene and cleaners. My recommendation do not pay them until you have thoroughly checked the your room, just for your satisfaction. I have takes few pictures that I wasn't happy about.
