We were staying for a family reunion and the entire staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the breakfast each morning and sitting on the patio with the whole family for drinks in the evening.
The restaurant had a fantastic multi-course dinner each night that included 2 or 3 different options, but it was not a la carte. We would have preferred to be able to order off a menu that included a la carte options.

This hotel is super dogfriendly! Dogbeds, dogmenu in restaurant, agility area, waterbowl, special areas near the pool were the dog can come with you. Friendly staff that knows the area and give tips on wals totalk with the dog.
The beds were a bit hard

Very nice and relaxing family and dog-friendly place. We have been there multiple times and it never disappoints. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially the reception!
Some of the restaurant staff seemed a bit lost, but it was the start of the season and some were new. Still very friendly though.

the pool, reception and room service were excellent .
the rules around where to sit at breakfast . there was no one to tell you where to sit and they got funny if you sat in the wrong place, so every morning we were hanging around
3.0
reception staff and most of the food
hotel was understaffed resulting in restaurant staff being stressed and rude (especially the restaurant manager), tables being dirty and chicken being served raw.

Our room was spacious and with a great view.
the entire place was completely understaffed causing long waiting times for all services and clearly putting the entire staff under great pressure. despite that all staff was extremely friends! but having to wait for your coffee for 20’ every morning is just not acceptable.

My wife travelled there to have a break from busy schedule with work and kids. A temporary skin condition makes touch unpleasant. Her waiter touched her ever time when approaching the table and bringing food. She kindly requested to be reseated - clearly stating that this was no complaint. Next day my wife overheard the restaurant manager complaining about my wife to colleagues / guests. My wife was shocked and disappointed about the managers behavior. She left the restaurant and left the hotel.
Very poor staff training - restaurant manager acting without respect and customer focus.

Exceptionally dog friendly with special restaurant and play park. Lovely views. Great spa facilities
Service in the restaurant was very poor. Two evenings we waited 1 hour before we got anything to eat. There were very long waits between courses, and we gave up on dessert because it was too late!

Good facilities, nice garden very comfortable!
Too many barking dogs, and too many crying babies.
Could not even relax in the evening round the bar, as children were running around.
I myself have children, but this hotel is not suitable if you want quietness and relaxed holiday.

Convenient location, very nice pool center with indoor Jacuzzi and pools, and a very nice small outdoor heated pool (our favorite). We got great advice from the receptionist regarding hikes in the area
Dinner is composed of a buffet bar and a menu. You have to choose your dinner menu during breakfast (ok), however, service during dinner is very slow. Plan around 1.5 for dinner.
You cannot select the table for breakfast and dinner. The stuff tell you where to sit.

Location, excelent food , wellnes
Too loud music - just one night, too hard pillow . Could be better cleaness in spa (water on the floor in the steam bath a few days)1

We were in the hotel only one night, but staff was very (very!) friendly. Breakfast was great. There were live music (piano) in the evening and it was so cool to sit in these vintage armchairs and listen to...
There are LOTS of dogs there and if you don't used to their smell you will be surprised.

All the food was excellent.
We appreciated the afternoon snacks
Especially the child with us appreciated the enormous choice of fruits and juices.
The best thing about this hotel are its THREE swimming pools, and especially the outside one in winter

Loved the pool - best we have seen. Pools inside, outside, hot, cold, kids pool etc.
Good breakfast with buffet and table service for eggs etc
Comfortable rooms with great view of the mountains
Playground for the kids and room to run around
Some of the staff were strange, difficult to get served at the bar, got angry when we sat down to breakfast without being seated, annoyed when we wanted to sit outside.
Pillows horribly uncomfortable.

Although not close, this was an easy walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for directions to my favorite restaurant and I was given exactly what I needed.
