Staff polite and helpful even when there was a problem paying with my credit cardit
Food was very good - both breakfast and dinner
I travelled in a group of 4 and we were all very happy with all aspects of this hotel
the view from the main rooms is wonderful and I was delighted to find I had the same view from my room
The lighting in our rooms was by table lamp and reading a book was difficult

Did not have breakfast. Dinner was very good. All staff are helpful and wonderful. Fantastic view of the valley and farmland. Quiet and peaceful place.
The room was small but very clean though.

Bed was really comfy and was the best thing out of all! A bonus was the nice view..
TV had Netflix button but it wasn’t useable. Shower was only warm in the morning.

Great staff, very clean hotel,. Our room was perfect for my wife, son and myself. Large room with 2 single beds and a double bed. Breakfast was superb and also the food in the bar was excellent. Would highly recommend.
It is about 5 kilometres outside Tralee but as I was driving that was not a problem for me but if you were not driving you would need to get a taxi

location and views are amazing, super helpful, friendly and amazing personnel looked after us very well.
hotel needs renovation, is a bit worn. Handle in toilet was falling off, phone to reception didn’t work. All are minor issues which didn’t spoil our stay there.

Bar food. All the staff were lovely and very helpful.
Due to accomdating foreign nationals, who were quiet and nice, and the food traffic they have, carpets are in need of care. Every effort is being made however by the house staff to have all áreas clean.

Lovely views. Very reasonable midweek rate. Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast offering (particularly cold buffet) was very basic. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Clean.Friendly staff.Comfortable couches on all floors outside rooms and in foyer.Spacious dining/bar area.Comfortable, clean beds.
It was nice of the hotel to house the Ukrainian families on the first and second floor of the hotel. The female children said hello to us every single time we passed them. They were very helpful with opening doors when needed and very polite.
John I believe was a manager working in restaurant and reception desk.He was great. Very lovely to talk with.
The phone in our room didn't work and was filthy but this was immediately changed for us. There was a 'bell boy' so to speak to bring up our abundance of toys and luggage.
Water not hot to bath the kids both mornings, had to boil the tiny kettle. The milk curdled in our coffees.Took forever for the temperature of the water to adjust when shower was had.Bathroom small for a room that took 5.The two bins were tiny. The room had space for a fridge but no fridge.Nearly passed out in the bar/restaurant as it was so so hot (We stayed in December).
Water from the bar tap looked strange, like there were particles in it, but once it settled, it looked fine. The sink in the ensuite was large and rectangular but flat aka not deep so it splashed alot.It took time to adjust the two separate taps each time to be able to wash your hands without scalding ourselves. My kids couldn't reach the taps or soap.
The walk to the lifts is long but not a complaint. The ground you walk on is the complaint as the carpet looks filthy and the ground itself is very uneven, my mother nearly lost her footing because of it.
There's no live music in the bar anytime, even at Christmas.
