Semplice e accogliente. Spaziosa e adeguata alle necessità di una vacanza sportiva

Very clean rooms and super friendly staff!
Sadly in booking it said 150m and 300m away from two lifts. The 150m one does not exist anymore and for the one that is 300m away you still need a car or a shuttle because of the high elevation of the hotel

Very good. Family operation.
Good thing I spoke German. Not much English spoken here. Austrians in this town were very transactional (its about the business). Many seemed disinterested, like the length of the season was wearing on them.
Check out time of 7:30 am - you kidding? Fine if you drove there. We hiked. We had to hike 25 minutes to town in heavy snow.

Convenient location near the ski resort with car parking
We booked a room with breakfast included in the rate, and were very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. The breakfast room was open from 7:30, we visited at 7:45 and there was one stale bread roll a couple of slices of brown bread left. We asked for some more, and were told that there was no more - sadly no apology or alternative. Over the years we've stayed in a lot of Austrian guesthouses, they always offer a variety of breads at breakfast, always fresh and in an abundant supply - but sadly not here!
The door to our room didn't close well so we locked it when we arrived, alarmingly when we came to open the door it took us a while to unlock it. We ended up sleeping in our room with the door unlocked.

Ski-in and out hotel. Clean and fresh, even with a lift. Hotel is located in quiet area off Sölden, which can be nice. Breakfast is ok, not special.
Rooms are small for wintersport purpose. Room is too small for 2 seperate beds, almost no space to use the table to relax. Bedsheets are small and no other available in the hotel.

Location was good! Right next to skiing slope.
Good breakfast
Booked a twin room, but got a double room. Upon asking I got no sorry, just a bummer.

simple. value. comfortable
‘Do not disturb’ sign is merely a suggestion. maid staff still comes into room

The apartment was nice enough and quite spacious. The bike storage was OK, but a little cramped (clearly designed around skiing rather than mountain biking, and it was handy to have a bike rack and hose outside.
At 18 euros the breakfast felt very expensive for what it was - there was better value available in town. I also felt that the description "Many restaurants, bars and cafes can be visited in Sölden city centre, 50-100 m away" is misleading - this seems to indicate that the town centre is a couple of minutes walk away, whereas it is actually a 30min walk to the main area of bars etc. up/down a very steep hill.

Nothing
Booked a triple room only to be told not available just a double no offer of a discount just sorry

Location was amazing, not too far, if there was more snow you could have skied to the hotel almost.
No shampoo or soap, maybe adding that would have made it perfect.
