Their terrace on the top floor

I believe we ended up with the worst room at boutique hotel. Room Azul. You had to walk 7 blocks downhill if you wanted more than a continental breakfast Remotes need to cleaned off

キングベッドスタッフがとても親切屋上からの景色が綺麗内装が綺麗姉妹ホテルに朝食を食べに行ったが、とても美味しかった

トイレットペーパーがセットされてなかった強いて言うならスリッパがあるとより良い

Casa del Tío was wonderful experience. We would stay there again.

Excellent room. Big, nice and very clean. Very comfortable bed as well. The continental breakfast was good and we had the option of going to a partner hotel for a full breakfast. We just decided not to go.

Can’t say anything negative.

Well located, clean hotel Does not offer a full breakfast service.

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent rooftop view. Appreciated the air conditioning.

Would have preferred full breakfast service. Car drop off a bit stressful because of narrow and busy street.

Very good

Service was great. Rooftop view was amazing. The bed was comfortable.

There was no natural light in the room. If we kept our blinds open all of the guests passing by could see right into our room. The room is best for guests who don’t want natural light.

Thankful to have booked the “Chocolate” room and for all the rest this hotel provided.

The amazing staff, the comfy bed, the beautiful rainhead shower, the rooftop terrace, the free bottled water, the quiet in spite of being centrally located. This hotel is worth booking!

The breakfast option at the sister hotel 6 blocks downhill, was fantastic but the coffee was awful and the buffet food was cold. Order the omelette and fruit plate!

Superb

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. They held our bag before check-in and after check-out. They helped us when my husband had food poisoning (not from hotel food) bringing extra water and towels. The room was nice and clean. Location was great, very near the city centre and Cathedral.

The breakfast is only continental which means it's fruit, granola, yoghurt and bread. They offer a buffet breakfast in another hotel, 6 streets away, which was not ideal. The water was initially cold, but once we called reception they fixed it immediately and after this it was really hot water with great pressure.

Very good hotel in San Miguel de Allende city centre

The hotel is located in the centre of San Miguel de Allende at walking distance from all attractions including many restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace of the hotel has an amazing view over the city.

The room I stayed only had a window on the central court and therefore was quite dark. The valet parking service did not really work well, the parking is too far away from the hotel and took too long to get back my car the day I left.

I liked everything the rooms very comfortable and clean.. Staff was awesome and attentive.. Breakfast in the roof top with an awesome view. It's also very near the town square..

Super clean, great location!

Really clean and less than 5mins walking to the center. Staff was really friendly and you can enjoy breakfast at the terrace with beautiful view! A plus is that there's valet parking available and also they have an agreement with a parking lot two blocks away. Would definitely be back again!

Lovely stuff and room

Everything is perfect. Hotel location is excellent. Every attractions are in walking distance. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. The room is clean, and bed is comfortable. It is very quiet at night. I stayed in four hotels in Mexico, and this one is definitely the best of them. Recommend!
