Friendly host, lovely town, nice central location. Ground floor room welcome.
Tight for space around the bed.

full of character
we were in the ground floor room in the outbuilding and there was noise from the room above

The property was charming and the location superb. Full of character, warm and cozy. we were offered a choice of room and when I said I fancied a bath, a choice of bathroom was offered along with bubble bath which was great after a long walk! Breakfast was lovely and the hosts friendly and interesting to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The host had heated the room thoroughly and it had a lovely quirky character being made in a 17th Stable room. The full english breakfast was tasty and served really hot with local produce.
We should have had a better conversation about the parking, but this was partly my fault as I hadn't thought that there would be a space so we paid to park nearby.

Choice of hot or cold breakfast. Good fresh coffee.
Not a veggie full English option

Very friendly owner and excellent breakfast.
We had been given the wrong front door key so at 1am on NY Day we were standing outside struggling to get into the house in the pouring rain. Thankfully I was able to call Kelvin who returned quickly to let us in.

Such a great find, in a beautiful location. Loved this quirky old building, not a straight line in sight. Our room had a lovely view of the church, loved waking up to the bells. It was an added bonus to have access to a lovely garden with seating area. Great breakfast included and the host could not of been more helpful and welcoming. Definitely planning a return visit.
Thank you Kelvin

Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was full of character and in a great position in the town. Breakfast was superb
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location is ideal - situated central to the town centre and all the local amenities. Fabulous full English breakfast with all the trimmings, and friendly hosts, who accommodated for my needs, no problem. Awesome heritage building, complete with wooden beams, and wonky floors and walls. Charming !

central location, friendly staff , super breakfast, comfortable bed

Great location, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, full English breakfast and cosy comfortable room.
Catered for our baby Granddaughter.
We had a large car, Kelvin arranged secure uncover parking.
Beautiful outlook over the church grounds and very central to all amenities.
Highly recommended, easy access by car or train from London.
That we couldn’t stay longer.

The moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by a warm, friendly and welcoming 'hello you must be...' from the proprietor, Kelvin.
We booked and stayed in the nicely decorated, clean, self-contained cottage/maisonette. This comprised of a good sized shower room with sink and WC, then up carpeted stairs to a bare-brick style, home-from-home cosy living space, consisting of a comfortable double bedroom, separate kitchenette with ample facilities and an area that had been made into a sitting room for our stay (the proprietor contacts you upon booking to ask if you need one or two bedrooms).
We were supplied a tasty cooked breakfast (book on arrival / the evening before, if you want this - vegetarian available).
Kelvin has great knowledge of the area, being a 'local boy', but is a well-travelled, thoughtful, knowledgeable, interesting character to chat with, so make sure to take time to chat at breakfast time.
If you are travelling by car, let Kelvin know as he may be able to arrange parking for you, depending on how booked with visitors he is.
We will definitely be staying with Kelvin and Marisol again.

Our cottage was amazing, cosy, comfortable and spacious. Hosts were very kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast were absolutely excellent in the room with lovely christmas tree. All three of us simply loved our holiday over NYE. We will come back as lovely Sandwich still has lots of to offer!.
We loved everything!
4.7
This is very friendly B&B - and Kelvin was very friendly and accommodating.
We were kindly upgraded to the double room with connecting bathroom because of reduced capacity.
Bathroom was massive - with a bath, which was lovely.
Bed was really comfy, but there is far too much furniture in the room (Three hardback chairs, a desk, a chest of drawers, a cupboard, a bedside table) which made the room feel quite claustrophobic.
4.7
This is a wonderful B and B with charming and very helpful hosts. They went out of their way to help me and I'd certainly like to stay with them again.
Sandwich is a lovely town too; very charming and atmospheric.
That my stay couldn't be longer. I could only stay one night but this B and B, and Sandwich as a whole, certainly merit a longer visit.
4.7
Great location, fabulous accommodation, amazing breakfast and wonderful hosts....what more could we want? NOTHING
Nothing we would highly recommend this property
4.7
Excellent choice for breakfast for vegetarians and meat eaters. The location was ideal for excursions in the area. Sandwich is very pretty and has loads of good restaurants.
