Superb
Eric is a very friendly host, everything is in place and prepared with great care, very clean and comfortable. The location is also very central in Zuidlaren which is a very quiet village only a short bus ride to Groningen. Lovely breakfast buffet as well. Really enjoyed my stay and chatting with Eric. Will book again next time I’m in Groningen.

Good
Place was clean and the breakfast was really well done. much to choose from!
the first encounter with the host was weird. didn’t feel super welcome. rooms were ok for the price but having a camping like bathroom to share is less comfortable.

Convenient bed for the night
Within easy distance of the town and supermarket. Room on the ground floor so super easy for getting luggage in and out. Bathroom was spotless with a lovely big shower. Comfortable bed. Host has lots of knowledge of public transport options if walking the Pieterpad and need to return to Zuidlaren from Rolde.
The room is next to the entrance. Luckily all guests were not out late so not disturbed by any banging doors. Room is also next to the breakfast room so I was awake from when the first guests came for breakfast.

Superb
The owner is really friendly and has put a lot of thoughts into details. I loved the eggs coming from his own chickens in the morning for breakfast.
The matras was way too soft so as the pillow.
