Hope more progressing...

The staff was helpful , we took a family room with a pool view but it was so narrow but it's OK. Location so good near to shops area and the new marina. Thanks for Mr.Abdelal the manager was helpful,restaurant staff, chef Ahmed ,and all stuff thanks a lot to make our stay comfortable.

Elevator is not working😬 Kind of change with food and prices in the restaurant was so expensive with not so good quality. Try to change somehow with the breakfast Content,and quality of food.

Its not the place anyone would use to stay .

Nothing made me say i like it

We arrived at night in a hot weather and the reception was hot and the place was dirty the room wasnt cleaned well , the stuff in toilet were used as there was some dirty hair in the shower. The pillows were used and dirty and lots of yellow spots everywhere around it .

Pleasant stay in a quiet hotel

I arrived to Hurghada late and arrived to the hotel at 2 a.m. The late check-in was no problem. The staff were very kind and they upgraded my room to bigger one without surcharge. The place was clean. The hotel has a great location next to the marina. It is away from the main road, so it is very calm. The breakfast is very basic, so if you are looking for a hotel with a variety of options this is not the place. To arrange for late check-out was no problem. I would recommend this hotel to travelers, that look for a quiet place near the marina and don't need it to be luxorious.

been to Egypt more than 20 times this was by far the worst experience

the area was good for marina and Sheraton Road

when arrived was told lift was not working so had to walk up 2 flights of stairs had to wait four days for clean towels the bathroom was not very well looked after very dated and the bath was not clean at all breakfast was not very appetising so brought a loaf and they toasted it for us the pool was badly maintained and I got an eye infection The pool water was not maintained and the manager said every day it would be done tomorrow the tiles and the pool area was very dirty and had to clean sun beds before using

No wifi beyond the lobby area. The breakfast options were negligible and denied us 2nd omelette on the table. Coffee and tea were DIY. Bathrooms are old and not well maintained. There was yellow water in taps. We checked in around 11.45 pm and they demanded we pay cash upfront. They were not accepting cards and made us go to an ATM right then. The rooms are decently sized but not great.

I’ve used this hotel before on occasion and will again.

The location is perfect, nearby beach, marina with lots of great restaurants and a stone’s throw from the Main Street . Facilities at hotel are good-beautiful pool area. Pool table if you’re interested. Breakfast could be better.

Location is excellent and hotel staff are very nice.very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean .and kids enjoyed it. lounge and lobby area is very nice. Ac worked.

Toilet and bathrooms were not great. Toilet didn't flash in my room. Fridge hardly worked in the kids bedrooms and in my room the fridge was missing. Lights didn't work at times. Water stopped running in the bathroom for a while. Lamps were broken. Elevator was out of service. Lots of mosquitoes in the area.

Best service you could possibly get for hotels. Abdo at the front desk stayed up til 3am waiting just for me. So the service is something no one can do better. HIGHLY recommended If you are on a budget!.

Ideal stopover accommodation for dive trips

Great location very close to the New Marina with numerous restaurants nearby. Many liveaboards use this as an embarkation point, so an ideal location if you're going on a dive trip. Easy to find and about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. 24 hour reception so if your flight arrives in the early hours no problem with check in. Friendly staff available at all hours. I had to check out at 1.00 am so wouldnt get breakfast. Manager Abdul provided me with a packed breakfast to eat at the airport. I had not requested this but Abdul gave me this whilst I was checking out

Some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but the tremendous staff and ideal location more than compensate for this and the room rates including breakfast are very reasonable

Everything was perfect, especially the manager who did everything he can to make our stay amazing, also the location is in the city center very close to the marina, sheraton street with all the supermarkets, shops and restaurants, also the hotel is very quiet and affordable, finally the staff are very friendly, thanks to the management

1 - the room locks wouldn't work. Each time you want to enter the room, you would have to ask stuff to open it with THEIR card. Makes no sense 2 - only cash accepted 3 - they took 9eur more for the room(like it says 31eur on booking, but I paid 40), and there's no way you can argue that + they wouldn't give you change, saying "thanks for your kindness" 4 - breakfast is super poor

I was alright

You get a basic breakfast, no buffet, they serve you at the table.

Well it’s not the cleanest hotel I staid, but for the money I paid I can’t ask for more. The stuff where excellent friendly and trying to help me out. So 10 out of 10 for the staff and how they handle me.
