Fantastic relaxing atmosphere and beautiful gardens.

Fantastic pool. Relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast. Lovely staff.

The sprinklers that watered the grass sprayed onto the walkways so we would get very wet coming from our room. Also many cats that demanded attention when you were eating. We love cats but others may not.

Not worth the price

The swimming pool is nice

-5 minutes to get hot water in the shower -Big water leak stain on the ceiling -Breakfast isn’t very good, and past 10pm everything is empty -Staff don’t wear uniforms, not even a polo or a badge.Sometimes you’re not even sure who even works here -Water fountain is left empty most of the day -Rooster and hens everywhere, it’s funny but noisy as hell at 4am -One day we came back from the restaurant to find all of our towels gone for mysterious reasons -Staff barely speaks any English -The restaurant is pretty bad

Exceptional

Excellent staff, very good food, piece and quiet at the territory. Hotel has it’s own beach and restaurant there at the beach (La vita).

A bit far from the hotel’s beach, but we had transfer from the hotel - and we were very happy with that.

Hotel has a nice garden and pool area to chill. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Free sun beds are offered at the beach (at La Vita Restaurant) for hotel guests.

Staff was not friendly, and had no interaction with us during our 5 day stay, which did not match our expectations. The description states free bike availability, but when we asked the staff said they don't have bikes, and referred us to rent them at the center of Çıralı. Breakfast was extensive, but quality of the food was quite poor. Maybe there can be less cheese but with better quality.

Nice hotel park medium food.

The hotel area is really beautiful, the gardener is doing a great job at making it look like a magic space.

Covid restrictions were ignored. Some of the staff was not very friendly. They hit cats with a broom at breakfast which was horrible to see.

Wanna come back again!

Super breakfast. Nice rooms in blooming fresh garden, big territory with lots of trees. Pleasant to stay, relaxed atmosphere. Good yoga halls. Anyway i would recommend this place to stay. Not far from sea - exactly 1 km, good to walk.

- when we arrived stuff wasn’t welcoming at all. maybe too relaxed?..)) - swimming pool closing time - 7 p.m. - wild cats on our balcony - we couldn’t open door - mama cat and her kittens were hissing on us. and were sleeping on chairs (and our clothes). - i would prefer less sound of music near restaurant/swimming pool area - menu for dinner is very poor(( so we went to eat to another restaurant nearby

The staff is nice, smiley and trying to solve problems you come with. Most of the hotel's workers know Russian (it is a lot of people from Russia coming there to stay). The food and the bar is pretty good as well, I was satisfied with the breakfast.

The hotel is located in the northernmost part of the village (approx 3 km from the "center"). Returning back at night in not very comfortable. Wifi doesn't work well at all, I barely had 1 of 5 points of connection in my room, it was dropping constantly. If you need hot water you have to wait for 5-10 mins until boilers start to work. In the end you get it but it's not really hot, probably just warm. Considering cold evenings and nights in early April that's really uncomfortable, especially when other hotels/apartments provide bathroom with really hot water without any waiting. The same with the condition system - it's warm only when you stand right under a conditioner. Other places of the room remain cold. The last problem: it's noisy, really noisy, you hear every sound from the outside. Especially annoying when you hear constantly working conditioners of other rooms. Mechanical sounds without stop can leave you without sleep.
