La Villetta looks nice and cozy, conceived in a summer style. I’m sure it was a great accommodation some times ago, but now it needs renovation (the furniture, all equipment in the room is old, some pieces are damaged). Regarding the space inside, for two persons, it is enough, but for a family with chids it can be difficult (once the extendable sofa in the kitchenette is extended, the space is very tight).
For your soggiorno and in general be prepared to follow Italian daily schedule (check in and in the town-meals, shops)😉
The kitchenette has cutlery, cups, plates, coffee machine (without coffee☹️), refrigerator, a place to eat, TV.
The building has an elevator, so it is easy to get the upper floors😉
The historical center is beautiful, it can be reached by rented bikes from the La Villetta’s owner or staff. It is very easy!
The rooms are provided or not with small balconies-we’ve changed a room with small balcony with a bigger one without🙃. We didn’t have a balcony and it was very difficult to dry our clothes.
The bath is small. For an extensive soggiorno, please buy yourself toiletries. We didn’t find others and we didn’t ask for supplies from the Reception - I don’t know when the rooms are changed-we stayed 4 nights.
Please also learn some usefull words for communicate in Italian or French (the staff is not used to communicate in English☹️). For us it wasn’t necessary, we speak Italian😊
The beach is at 7-10 min distance on foot from the building. The sidewalk is almost inexistant, be careful at cars and bikes!

Very nice and clean location, friendly and helpful people in the property. Parking space on a lawn was available a few hundred meters away - get in with own key. Possible to park directly at the location for loading and unloading the car.
We got answers to a direct question in Italian language only. Be prepared to have a translating program.

Clean room
We couldnt get anyone to let us in to start with. Thought we had a washing machine in our room but was in a utility area.

The place is close to the beach and right next to the bus stop. The staff there is nice. It was clean.
It’s right next to the road, so it is quite loud. The kitchen was under equiped.

The room is spacious and light, the sea is just 15 minutes away.
The sand from the beach was literally everywhere and there was no way to clear it.
The noise from the road was somewhat annoying.

Cozy apartment, well equipped, very good location - close to the beach and city centre. Especially comfortable bed and pillows! Also a cute balcony to sit wit a glass of wine (: Hosts were super attentive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended (:

Staff was wonderful

The room is nice-looking. The kitchenette is sufficient. There is an elevator, a paid-washing machine, some old and simple but working bikes can be used to get around the city. The bathroom is small but everything is there. The house is one block away from the beach.
The accommodation was advertised having two rooms, one living room and one sleeping room. Be aware that this is only one room - hence the price to value ratio is not justified, in my opinion. The house is located on a busy street and it can be loud in the night.
