Excellent séjour.

Tout. Absolument tout. La villa était lumineuse, propre et confortable. L’environnement est agréable, fleuri et tout aussi propre. Le personnel est très professionnel, discret, arrangeant, attentionné… La cuisine est exceptionnelle, autant pour le petit déjeuner que le dinner ! Mention spéciale pour Carla, Nasir et Augustin avec qui nous avons eut le plus de contacts pendant ces trois jours mais aussi aux autres anonyme qui ont fait de ce séjour un moment exceptionnel. Nous avons aussi pris l’option massage en couple (2 heures) qui était grandiose. Et pour terminer, nous avons pris un dinner aux chandelles sur la plage qui était très romantique et tout autant exceptionnel.

Le prix est assez excessif.

Excellent villas close to the beach with dedicated staff and great breakfast & food in general.

We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the ready to order meals but also the buffet. The room was very spacious and the a/c kept it always at relaxing temperatures. Everything was kept very clean. The speedboat ferry service (at additional cost) works exceptionally well and makes the crossing extra comfortable. The evening cocktail is a very nice touch as it also comes with a small snack.

The outdoor bathroom is cool, but there are mosquitoes… Otherwise no complaints.

Very good

The location is good, not a private beach but still quiet. The room we stay in is good, very big. Breakfast is the buffet, we can always find what we want.

Every early morning around 4 to 5 a.m., we can smell the gasoline outdoors. And the toilet is outdoors, so the smell makes us uncomfortable. Even when we wake up and go to take breakfast, the smell still is around the garden.

Paradise at Perhentian Island

So special to be back at the beach me and my boyfriend met 6,5 years ago! Staying in BuBu was wonderful, such a beautiful place with amazing friendly staff. The beach villa so clean, the beach beds so comfortable. Complimentary cocktails, great food, white sand and the clear blue ocean. 10/10!

Well positioned on a calm side of the famous Long beach on the Small Perhentian, Bubu Villas exceeded our expectations. A nice central area welcomes you at arrival, after a pickup with the Bubu’s private boat at Kuala Besut. The bar/restaurant and lobby are located here. Our bungalow was on the back in a silent area with lots of green, you feel you are inside the jungle. Room very big and clean, personnel extremely gentle and accommodating all our needs. Very good food (by far the best on the island even if a bit expensive), we could do two marine excursions with snorkeling and good guidance. We recommend Bubu Villas, we will come again.

Incredible experience - amazing beach. Be sure to book a room at the back of resort due to DJ noice.

Beautiful villas. Perfect location in the best spot on Long Beach. The restaurant is amazing and they cook fresh fish most nights on the BBQ. Staff very helpful.

Each night a DJ and bar will set up next door at abut 9pm. The music is very loud the the bass reverberates. They often do not stop playing music until 3am. It made sleeping impossible, however, we asked to move rooms to the back of the resort and we could not hear the music anymore.

Great experience, super nice villa

Beach is super - Our villa is located right in front of the beach, and it is so clean and crystal clear Room is superb - It would be better probably to have a bathtub Breakfast is just about right - maybe can put the local dish like Nasi Lemak as the menu

With the price that we pay, I think we should be getting at least either lunch or dinner for free

Overall a beautiful little boutique hotel in amazing surroundings. Crystal clear waters .

Staff were friendly and helpful. Garden villa was beautiful . Food quality was very good . Massage was excellent . Property and grounds were Very well maintained .

No body lotion n tooth brush. No bedroom slippers. No tv .

quite expensive but very great stay

very nice facilities. comfortable and very convenient to arrive and to be at the beach. great Italian food indeed - I have to confess! I have not had such good Italian food outside of Italy yet. (the manager is Italian)

it is quite overpriced. there are much better value for money for hotels, but indeed limited on the island. therefore Bubu Hotels and Mimpi Hotel seems to have somewhat a Monopol on the island

The room was clean, spacious and neat. Easy access from the room to the reception area. The landscape outside the room was filled with greenery. The breakfast was ok, though i guess there could be improvements on variety

Overall it was good, however there was no phone in the room. I would think having a phone in the room where you are able to call the front desk would be very much convenient.

Will be coming back again!

1. Everything. From the friendly staff, room space, comfortness, the villa style. 2. This villa has and open shower and toilet and an amazing concept for a couple to unwind and enjoy the natural rainforest concept. The openness of the villa will bring out the romantic side. 3. Breakfast is decent buffet style and reasonable spread. The mee goreng and nasi lemak was superb. And yes, the crossoint is the best. We usually skip lunch as it's very filling -- unless you dont have any outdoor activities. 4. Plenty of local stall food just a 5 mins walk. You can have a large variety of local food. A decent meal stall food for a pair can be up to RM 60. Theres variety of fresh fruit juices and ice blended drinks under RM 10. 5. The night fire show is amazing. It start by 8.30pm every night just 2 mins walk. Theres a beach bar on the beach and the pricing is not too bad. A can of beer is RM 13. Cocktails are below RM 15. 6. Bubu vila provides a free cocktail between 5 to 6pm and the variety is decent. The cocktails are amazing and they aren't stingy with the alcohol portions. 7. Amazing staff and service crew. They were always helpful. We are hoping to come back March next year.

1. The food price at cafe can be a little overpriced for the food they offered. 2. Too many boats parked in front of the villa and it kills the Villa standard.

Best night

The garden villa was private and nice for couples. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The environment at bubu villa is more privacy and chilling

but there’s no landline to call the reception and no room service as it’s private villa.
