Not bad for a short visit

Although the prices are affordable some parts of the room are really old and could use fixing.

Bad

This was the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. The carpet was so dirty that I didn't even want to lay down my luggage. The bed didn't have a mattress topper, or it had a very thin one. Either way, I felt like I was sleeping on a bare mattress. The room had a sigarrate smell mixed with food spices. Sure, it was cheap, but for the price, I think people who book this hotel deserve a clean room. One of the rooms we booked had two dead cockroaches. It was humid inside the rooms, and the air conditioning cover seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for decades, including the carpet. There were many drunk people in and around the hotel.

Just regular hotel

There was no swimming pool. Hotel is little old. Charged one day deposit before visiting. Also charged full 3 day deposit then charged again for 3 days after checkout.

The hotel stay was okay but not quite worth four stars.

Good location, receptionist staff who opened the doors were very polite, clean common areas

Moldy cups were left in the room for 10 days, the hotel staff tried to charge us double price, international credit card was not accepted even though I specifically emailed the hotel about this before my stay, communication skills of receptionists at desk were very lacking (not due to language).

Very good

location, view, clean , close to embassy area , sanlitun , solana mall , park, river side walking area, etc.

the housekeeping lady doesn’t do her jop properly, she didn’t take the garbage for 3 days until I took it out of the room, she didn’t put the coffee and tea bags , once I called the reception about that they said sorry we will send you , she did that time and never again. no foreign tv channels except cnn. most of the staff can not speak English.

The staff are lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the embassy area.

Very Pleased with Price, Location, Convenience

The location is perfect for those wanting to do things at an Embassy or be close to SOHO and Sanlitun. Also good for parks and subway access.

Strangely Empty

The room was in pretty good shape. The staff was friendly, changed our room per our request when we realized it over looked a construction site, and helped change our reservation.

The hotel was like an abandoned mall, with a large area of empty shops and restaurants.

Pleasant

Location is very good,near my embassy,near metro,good connection with city centre. Stuff are kind and polite.

Hotel is extremely dirty, corridors,rooms everything is too old and long time ago ready for change. Especially problem is that stuff don't change towels and bed linen ...in the hotel with four stars that is unacceptable. In front of hotel all night long prostitutes are waiting and even on aggressive way hunting customers. I saw even child prostitutes...hotel stuff is aware(I report them) but nothing to do. Very ugly and sad.

Perfect location, economical and nice style hotel

It's a very good business hotel, easy to reach and in good position if you are working in the area. Not so far from the turist area as well

i hoped the swimming pool was open, nowhere on the website it said it was closed due to covid19

Regular stage

The breakfast was the best

Noisy room not well isolated, really small room, swimming pool was closed but not explained. The first day it was a problem with water from shower, only cold.The check in time was not possible to move, because the reply arrived a day later. The breakfast price was not included but it was delicious.

Terrible Stay

I booked the Standard Room via Booking.com. When I arrived the receptionist said "You booked standard room. Will be small and loud. But if you pay more, you can get better room." Well, I paid more. The room I got was low, dirty and TINY. Far smaller than the Standard Room (!) you see on the pictures. The personnel was unfriendly and hardly spoke English. At the expensive breakfast buffet a lot was missing. I am in Beijing very often. This was my first and definitely my last stay in this hotel. For the same price there are far better alternatives in the neighborhood.
