room 512 is almost out of the hotel! near service entrance. no elevator. you must carry your bags all over the stairs

location is perfect, very nice facilities

The staff were always there for me and helped me with every need I had
The breakfast, I thought it will be allot better.. I felt that the only real options for eating were bread and meet, and wanted a little bit more options

great location, excellent food, lovely staff
9.0
perfect location overlooking the slopes and very nice finishings everywhere
only quibble is that it needs more/better lifts!!

Great location next to all the main lifts and ski schools. Recently refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff. Good boot room and definitely convenient for skiing in and out.
The sheets don’t fit the beds properly and end up gathering up during the night. No room service. We asked for a packed breakfast on our last morning leaving at 6pm and it was stale rolls, an orange and some old donuts. They tried but it was inedible unfortunately. Not a standard service that was planned for but probably ought to be as other chalets and hires often provide this.

Location
Ski equipment shop next door closes for long lunch
7.0
ski in ski out was excellent right opposite ESF school
The rooms are quite small not necessarily appropriate for sharing work colleagues……or twin rooms great for a family with smaller kids with the bunk bed rooms….

excellent hotel! staff service was amazing. great location right on the slope.
very clean and neat.

Hotel great location to slopes, 5 mins to main area for drinks or food.
Also very clean and ski equipment queue jump if arranged online - such a help!
Breakfast is good, everything you need and resto generally a nice place to eat
The downstairs bar is lovely, nice and chilled with great staff (throughout!) and a small children's play area
Rooms for 4 are the same size as rooms for 2 but with a bunk bed. Rooms are small even for 2 people (ensuite tiny) but thats likely the same throughout the resort. Price didn't reflect this however as we expected better value. The online photos are very well done and would have to say a little misleading.
Buffet dinner very poor quality and sometimes cold.

location was good
they rooms are so small, the lockers failed every day except for 1 and they took extra payments from my bank, when questioned they either said they don’t understand me or that they didn’t take the payments.
10.0
location was excellent. shuttle bus availability was excellent
10.0
location, bedrooms, staff, cleanliness, prices, brilliant Aroma all around the hotel, layout, bar area, outside deck overlooking slopes, food, esf ski school proximity couldn’t be better.
nothing.

great view from the balcony, good breakfast. Room was really good, equipped with anything you need, very-very comfortable bed and pillows.
Ski-in is very good and very close to the lifts.
there some really good cafes and restaurant nearby the hotel.
and for sure - really big plus for nuxe spa and masseuses there - it's recommended 100% to go there after ski day.
1. there were no vegetables in the breakfast (maybe it's not a bit issue for everyone..)
2. cleaning is good but the cleaning staff usually comes too late during the day (there were days when they came after we have already came back from skiing)
3. towels were not changed on the daily basis so we had to ask for it
