Удобное расположение при отдыхе с детьми, все рядом, но при этом нет шума. Комфортная территория отеля, вежливый персонал, неограниченное место для бесплатной парковки, наличие манежки для ребенка

немного неудобно передвигаться с коляской по территории и внутри корпуса, тк не везде есть пандусы

Good for the money

The location is very nice, the center is 5 min from the hotel. The room was nice, although there were a lot of stairs. Both swimming pools were clean and the food was alright. The service was very good and the entertainment was excellent 👌.

The cleaning stuff needs to improve themselves. No clean towels were given, even if the cleaning lady said they were clean, there were marks all over the towels, and they were smelling pretty bad. The food was repeating itself, sometimes not very delicious. There needs to be an improvement of the playground area.

I would not return.

Me and my family really liked the pool. The bar staff have been so lovely, really friendly to talk to.

We found broken glass in the pool. Our bedding had not been changed in 4 days after we request it to be done. The Dj had been double booked himself one night. We had to sit with no music or entertainment. Mineral entertainment for kids. Charge for extra activities The bar is not all inclusive, for free you only get Gin, beer , wine. Need to pay extra for whisky & pink Gin ect. After 11pm, you need to pay for drinks. “All inclusive” Stops.

Location ,close to the beach and shops, that's all

We have all-inclusive but we have to pay for a water ,for drinks after 11pm,I never seen this before, not enough tables for lunch or dinner always have to wait, asking for a blanket on the second day we arrive, didn't get, in the rooms no kettle, for safe we have to pay too,paying for everything

I enjoyed my stay

Food was lovely, everyday is different choices on menu. Deserts were the same though every day.

Some reception Staff wasn’t friendly and speak little English, very little information was given from them.

- great food - good distance from the strip - excellent cleanliness - good view from top floor room

- next to local mosque - quite disturbing to sleep at 5am! - roofing meant slanty ceiling to room - had to be careful not to hit the bonce

Bar staff friendly especially Mina and Speedy. Great location. 5 mins walk to beginning of strip but nice quiet area at night to go back to.

Only one room card so had to keep finding each other to get in. Only 1 coffee / drinks machine in restaurant had to queue up. Needs another one. Entertainment could be better.
