This property is nice, simple, clean & perfect for a stay in Vernazza. Its got some stairs though to reach it so just be prepared for that but I enjoyed it for my 3 night stay.
Bed is a little firm for me, but that’s a personal choice.

Included a fridge for use, price was very good for location and you get a LOVELY balcony with the room titled ‘balcony’. Clean property
No air con, not an overly comfortable bed, shower was functional but nothing fancy, but not bad.

The location

Charming room in a great location. Loved pulley washing line we felt like a local putting out our towels!
The fridge. Really was ineffective and if anything poor thing was pumping more heat in to the room without really being able to cool a can of drink! No air con which I was aware of but fan over bed could do with another power up! Wouldn’t let it out you off though! Charm personified!

The location was cute and tucked up steps on a picturesque street. Vernazza is a Great place to stay with its people, shops, food stores, restaurants, church, and more. It wakes up just like the town in Beauty and the Beast. If you get up early you can see the innerworkings of Vernazza as you walk the streets. Vernazza connects you to two hiking paths - to Corniglia and to Monterosso al Mare. Be sure to prepurchase online a Cinque Terre Pass. It is Good for any hike, free train rides, restrooms at train stations (2-5 minutes to get to each town), and WiFi at the train station.

Nice view. Large windows. Host met me at the train station and walked me to the property and provided all the pertinent information about the room and the surrounding area. Assured me of support for anything during my stay.
The mattress needs to be replaced.

Great location, clean and safe, even had a mini fridge with wine and beer openers. Ideal as a base for exploring Cinq Terre. Would def recommend.

We were met by the host, who accompanied us to the place and gave us some directions and suggestions about facilities, restaurants and beaches. Great location in the historic centre of Vernazza. Room and bathroom were clean and with all you need, including wifi, mini fridge and a ceiling ventilator.
All was great, if I have to find something as an improvement I would suggest to put a tv in the room, but I don't really see the need of it in such a place.

Everything was great! Anna was lovely and the room magnificent. Close to everything but quiet and with a wonderful view!

The location is very good! Room is spotless.
The room is not very soundproof, so if you are a light sleeper, expect to hear your neighbour.
8.0 / 10.0
The location was ideal, near the port and in a quiet backstreet and along the hiking route.
The check-in was quick and we could pay by card.
The spring mattress was uncomfortable for me, but was okay for my partner.
Despite being September and with the fan on and window open, the room was hot at night. Somehow the outside air would not flow inside.

Excellent location, big comfy room with a balcony. Small fridge for keeping drinks cool and kettle for making hot drinks. Luca greeted us at the railway station and was very helpful pointing out locations for eating and taking us to the room.
Nothing.

The location, the room, the cleanliness, the host... it’s very simple but really cosy and nice...
The mattress... the only thing that has to be changed is the mattress which is really uncomfortable
