The host was very very talkative and friendly.
She offered breakfast and tried her best.
You dont get your own key, you have to make sure the Host is at home.
Not allowed to take any pictures of the room.
Smelled like incense in the Room.

The host, the Lady is very kind. She serves breakfasts and one can chat with her. Despite the fact that you live with the host, there is complete freedom. You have your own apartment with a bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom, large wardrobe.
This was not a problem for me, but might be for some people: you don't get your own keys to the apartment, but need to rely on the host being at home to open you. As I said it was not a problem, as the host was always at home at hours when I wanted to return home.

It is truly a guest house - Ana Maria takes amazing care of anyone who arrives. The room and bathroom are extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a luxurious experience. All in all, I would definitely return.
The only bad thing was not having keys to the flat - it meant relying on Ana not sleeping enough.

The host was extremely sweet, she was as friendly as a lovely friend and as caring as a loving mother. We had fun chatting with her and she very kindly also invited us to wonderful wine and delicious cake baked by her. Infact, she bid goodbye to me at a delicious Portuguese breakfast prepared by her. She was also very sensitive to tastes which may be due to where one comes from or say culture. It was touching as well as impressive, her awareness and sensitivity.
I would surely like to go here again if I visit Lisbon again.

Ana-Maria, the host, was very kind and helpful. She made a delightful breakfast every morning (in spite of the fact that no breakfast option was mentioned on the booking page). The breakfast was one of the most memorable part of the stay and provided a great chance to be introduced to the local cuisine.
Everything was very clean. The bed is super comfy. The room has a light fixture with adjustable light color and brightness on a remote control. The whole apartment is decorated with love and care.
Although, the booking page specifies the check-in time as 14:00 - 16:00, I am sure it would be possible to negotiate another check-in time if necessary. Just write the host a message.
The location is not downtown but not too far from the city center either. A bus stop is 2 minutes away and an underground station is about 12 minutes away on foot, which was OK with me, as I am used to walk.
The number above the entrance reads "22a" and not "22" (as specified in the provided address), which might be confusing. The entrance to a fitness studio should be on your left. When in doubt, just ring the provided telephone number - this is what I did.
The only other thing I could mention is that there is no independent entrance to the flat. You have to ring the bell to get admitted. Although, Ana-Maria told me that a 24-hour entrance is possible, I would feel bad if I had to come late.

I highly recommend it. Ana is very welcoming and helpful. The place is very clean and bed is super comfortable!

The owner was kind and helpful during my time there. The house was cleaner than a hospital :)

Very quiet location in a private residential apartment block, and extremely clean. Hand sanitiser and a pair of masks were also provided in the toiletries basket. Ana-Maria, the owner, kindly gave us a dragon fruit as a leaving/Chrismas present, despite our short stay. Very easy to maintain social distancing guidelines within the hallway. Ana-Maria was accommodating, always at hand to let us into the apartment.
The difficulty with the current pandemic meant that breakfast was not provided, which we did not know beforehand. A pity, from previous reviews this was something that we were really looking forward to, and is always a highlight for us when we go away.
