В целом ок за свои деньги, подозреваю, что летом прям неплохо, осенью - не рекомендую.

В целом я ехал в номер с большой ванной и получил номер с большой ванной. Огромный номер со столом, столиком у дивана, огромной кроватью. Нашлось место и посидеть, поработать и посмотреть на диванчике кино.

Из-за того что номер огромный, в конце октября он холодный. Пару напольных обогревателей не сильно с этим справляются. Холодильник почему-то от кока-колы - по сути холодильник из магазина ) Относительный минус - завтрак приносят в номер в указанное тобой время (правда 3 раза система дала сбой и приносили или в другое время, или вообще пришлось напоминать) и он прям один и тот же ( не считая разница между вареным яйцом и яичницой). По сути все минусы из серии "не такие уж и минусы за такие деньги", но все-таки )

• Heating didn't work. Cold room • The elevator broke down while we were in it • The water takes a long time to heat up • Only one shower gel for 2 persons. • Small, creaky bed • The location is quite far from the center, right next to the highway • No minibar

If you want to feel like a mafia boss for little money, this is the place.

The price to quality ratio is great - the room is very spacious and beautiful with comfy beds. Definitely the best room we had for this price in whole Armenia. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the swimming pool. The best thing you can have in hot Yerevan where you don’t want to get out before 6pm. Also the air con was working perfectly and it was essential.

It was right next to a very busy road so it was very loud inside. Ear plugs would be needed. Also you need a taxi to go anywhere from here, but it’s only about 3 euros to the cry center.

Disappointing

Friendly and helpful staff and boss. Nice private pool and sauna

We took Extra bed for 3 years old child and it should be free but they changed us 30000AMD. No terrace or yard or garden, no where for relaxing or walking. Lots of damages in the building. No free bottle of water and even no supermarket to buy it around the hotel.

Felt scammed and very disappointed.

Leaking sealing, broken bed frame with nails sticking out ( very dangerous) , In poor condition internal doors, eg not closing bed room door, when closed not opening toilet door, broken windows, handles and locks missing on windows, insects everywhere, poor hygiene, poor quality breakfast, hazardous hallways and stairs, lift was from USSR era not working efficiently and actually spooky. staff not cleaning unless you leave the room key and ask them twice !!!!

If I went back, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Its staff were friendly.

Room facilities were almost non-existent; there was no Iron, hair drier, daily water bottles. The most annoying thing was its breakfast. The breakfast was not self-service and they everyday served us with the same food.

Amazing experience, definitely I will come again the next time I am in Armenia!

The Hotel location, prices and staff are top. Especially customer service was amazing! I like how they treat their customers.

Everything was perfect, maybe one one thing was disturbing: the sounds of the car, since the Hotel is located on a highway. But it was okay, didn't bother much!

The design is like a castle. and I like lights and windows. It was comfortable.

there was no water for toiletes. I hate use toilette papers. I prefer to wash myself. so I had to take a shower after using the toilette.

The painting room is in the shape of an old castle and a large bed and open space inside the room. The cooperation and assistance of the hotel staff is excellent. The hotel is located in a mountainous area. In addition to the radiator heating system, air conditioning is used. There is a large jacuzzi inside the room and the use of the swimming pool. Free

Of course, there is always a way to stay better and get better

GOOD STAY

THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD FOR FIVE NIGHTS 2 ADULTES WE PAID 250 € THE LOCATION IS GOOD ALSO NOT FAR AWAY FROM THE CITY CENTER THE STUFF ARE FRIENDLY AND AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME

Pleasant

The staff were very friendly. Though they did not speak English. They spoke Russian though, which my wife did, so it worked out. The rooms aren't especially clean. I saw several silverfish crawling about and the noise from the street was constant.

Constant noise, gurgling from the pipes in the walls, the hotel is not sound proof. I'm fairly certain my wife was heard must nights if you catch my meaning. You will hear cars all the time because the hotel is right next to the road. The jacuzzi can't actually fill up and so we never got to actually use it.

This hotel has enough infrastructure to be one of the best hotels in the city if managed well.

The room space was too large. The hotel building is beautiful.

It is not in the range of a 4 star hotel. Staff don't speak English at all. room service. Bed tools a little old.

Not sure to suggest to any body.

The building is very old, room was clear but the sofa and bed were not convenient, breakfast was not satisfying, location isn't suitable for whom travel without car, because the location is near the road the room is noisy whole the day.

The atmosphere of the place was nice, interesting decor. The bathtub seemed exciting...

We didn't have hot water at first and our room smelled of cigarets. The bathroom tiles were falling apart. The room could have been cleaner.

Living in a castle with full comfort

big room, very big room and nice warm, nice pools, friendly staff, breakfast brought to the room.

One or two nights are enough

Bed, huge bath in the bathroom, huge room with medieval elements. There is also a pool free for one hour or you can book sauna.

The floor was totally dirty, I wasted two pair of socks there. Staff doesn't speak english at all. Location is off, there are no windows you can open, hotel is near main road.

Was a good value . Room was clean and neat . Room size was surprisingly large. The receptionist Andranik was very friendly and helpful.
