The Location. We choose this because Its nearby Robinson's Manila. Saw this hotel with great reviews on Facebook so we decided to try It! Staffs are nice from the Guard to the lobby to the resto and Kuya from roof deck ! Sad because the swimming pool is under maintenance that day.
The room. Booked EXECUTIVE but they gave us DELUXE .. They just told me that they have 2 types of executive room ! Room aren't soundproof so for couple who's planning to stay, Be Mindful ! Hahaha There are stains im the couch (will upload photo). Also, therw are 3 employees having a meeting/inventory in that room ! WTF right ? You were expecting that twas sanitize but MEH ! No idea how long they stayed there before we came .. But we consider to stay again ..

Location is near to Robinson Place Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bed was too soft. Facilities look a bit old. The breakfast servings (varieties) were dull. The streets surrounding looks dark and like a rough neighbourhood.

Nice, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Good location to explore the city.
Unfortunatly, our AC stopped working in the night, staff was helpful and offered to change the room (we didnt change as it was only a one night stay)
Very thin walls - so hope you do not have noisy neighbours who like to keep their TV running all night ;)

A very friendly boutique hotel centrally located near Robinsons shopping mall. Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
Not the hotels fault but the noise from a late night karaoke bar is very irritating if you require an early nights sleep. If only Amelie would invest in double glazed windows.
Apart from that, a great place and this is my 2nd booking

The room and facilities. The shower and airconditioning. The free parking, upon request.
The Night Receptionist got rattled checking in two rooms at the same time. The Night Housekeeper took forever to answer her radio calls for help.
The breakfast wait staff repeatedly asked for our names and room numbers! We were five people in three rooms, three brothers with the same last name. And yet they repeatedly asked my sister for hers. This gets old after a while. We had been travelling for almost twenty-four hours and probably only had three to four hours sleep each. I got the distinct impression that staff treated female Filipina guests as 'escorts' of the (especially foreign) male hotel guests as a default setting.
The icing on this 'lack of staff training and tact' cake was being told on our way out to our taxis that we had to wait whilst the staff did their 'room check' on our three rooms! We were all having breakfast and had already spoken to several staff that we were leaving. In fact, they opened the buffet a few minutes early so that we may be accomodated. For this kindness, we are thankful. And yet the whole experience was ruined by a self-important male member of staff demanding that we stay whilst they did this so-called 'room check'. My parting words were for him to charge my credit card if any items were damaged or missing. All in all, I would rate our stay as 5/10.
Incidentally, I'm booked to return for another five nights from tomorrow. And I have another stay booked in late February.

The location is excellent. Staff are very nice and helpful.
They take payments upfront on check-in, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere. They have hidden charges on some things (like stained towels etc) which is similarly not clearly mentioned to guests. Wifi is iffy.

Good location near Robinson Manila Mall
Room aircon was noisy and leaking water. I bear with it as I am out of my go out daily. Wifi is very unstable and I had to switch over to my phone hotspot.

The staff was kind and friendly
Noise outside was awful. There was band live in the midnight during my stay

Breakfast was decent with limited options. Coffee was good though.
My bathroom shower door was unfinished and each time I took a shower, the water comes out and the entire bathroom floor is wet and messy, making the floor quiet dangerously slippery. The shower floor mat was likewise soak.

The staff were really friendly and polite, helped us with transport and served a lovely breakfast. The staff at the roof top pool was super kind offering warm pool towels. And location and cleanliness tell you the rest.
Nothing. It was simply great.
