We love the Legoland Hotel. The kids basically had their own room, plus they got their own bunk beds. My husband and I had the only King size bed here during our 2 weeks stay in Japan this was the one place that had a king size bed. It’s clean, across the pathway from Legoland. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday night. Hotel restaurants have only 3-4 options on the menu and more restaurants/ cafes were close on the nights we were there so dinner options were very limited. That was the only downside.
Not many dinner options on a Monday and Tuesday night.

We had the best time! The Lego play area at check in was great for our kids! The treasure hunt in the room was also wonderful
We weren’t able to book the splash pad area. I wish we would have known at time of booking that we needed to reserve a spot for splash pad.

The staff were amazing, and the location and lego theme was excellent. Every hotel should have lego in the lobby! The staff helped us to send our luggage onto our next hotel too which was so helpful. The themed rooms were excellent, loved the treasure hunt
We liked pretty much everything! The food at the restaurant was nice, but was quite expensive for dinner. The room service menu was also expensive and very limited.
4.1

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Awesome experience for a family with small kids.
Not much variety for vegetarian foods and room is quite small compared to other Legoland Hotel.

スタッフの方の対応や、ご飯の美味しさです!
お酒の自動販売機にて、大きいサイズの缶も欲しかったです!

とくになし

The room was spacious, with a kids section which I didn't expect. Very family friendly and my son loved all the decorations. Lots of activities to enjoy even after Legoland closes.
I wish the package came with tickets to Legoland. I was hoping that it would, but upon checking in, it did not. Also, there are limited restaurants in the area. We were limited to mostly the restaurants within the hotel. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience!
4.1
Rooms are excellently themed, comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom.
Breakfast and restaurant options for dinner are limited.

Good
More variety of eggs
4.1
nice and sweet staffs we met there.
no parking lot, no laundry room, it’s very inconvenient for us- family with kids and with five luggages.
4.1
just about the theme
shower room is old. the shower curtain is smelly.
4.1
Great place for kids. No queueing for rides
not many options for eating on weeknights
4.1
It's adjacent to Legoland Japan and the Sealife aquarium, so very convenient, but there's no other reason to stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the property is relatively new, and well-maintained. Legoland Japan is a fun destination for families with young children.
The quality of the food on offer was quite ordinary. Breakfast is included, but it is designed for a Japanese audience. Western options were quite poor. Rooms are small, with low ceilings.
Legoland Japan is a long way (30 minutes in a taxi) from central Nagoya, located in the industrial/port area of the city. There is nothing else to see in the vicinity.

staff, facilities and lego idea such as mini game, lift all are exciting !!
no car parking space.

just for kids
food is terrible in hotel

Great fun! Indeed a resort more than a hotel. The experience of the building takes you to a different world.
The restaurant staff took great care in explaining what foods were potentially allergy issues.
They had plenty of space for luggage storage while we visited the park.
The park entrance was immediately outside the door.
The room was a lot of fun and well-designed. The treasure hunt was a nice touch for my son. He was very happy.
Not sure I’d be willing to fork over the money for another stay.
Not the fault of the hotel, but taxi navigation to the location was convoluted and longer than necessary. Beware if you’re traveling here by taxi!
The hotel food wasn’t particularly high quality and was incredibly salty. Not a great value.

Fun lego decor and amenities, good breakfast/dinner buffet, spacious rooms, right across from Legoland park

it was fun for the kids
none

the hotel was good for family who have kids:) of course clean. the location is excellent to access to Lego Land Japan.
4.1
Hi about parking is so faraway and paying for parking it’s not good for leveling of this expensive hotel
4.1
The actual hotel is gorgeous. The room was super cool and very comfortable, it was perfect.
There is nothing close by. Every restaurant near the property is closed. You have to take a train to get food, there’s not even a convenient store accesible. So the hotel is perfect if you only plan to stay in Legoland, that’s all there is in the area.
4.1
we loved how kid friendly the property was and felt like there was so much to do for the kids! it’s also conveniently across from the park and sea life along with the market pier which has a lot of restaurants, and a cute area with swings/fountain and a forest path to walk through.
we didn’t love that the pool wasn’t included in the stay.
4.1
uniquely designed rooms and friendly staff
almost everything is a bit over priced
4.1
The rooms were comfortable enough for a short stay and the included breakfast buffet was enough to start the day off before heading to the park.
Aside from being next to the park, the location isn't great and dining options are limited. There is also no dedicated parking lot and you have to use a parking garage off site.
