Room needs a little cleaning especially the bathroom. It smelled a little musty. The room itself was a little dusty and had to turn off the air conditioner.
On the other hand, the hotel location was great. The location was very close to the shopping area and only a few subway stops from tourist attractions.

Hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Car parking available next to hotel. Conveniently located. Short walking distance to malls.

Very delighted to be served by the chinese speaking Miss Li. Thanks for your assistance in our check-in.
The location is actually convenient for as is in the heart of the main shopping belt of Nagoya. Is between 2 subways station that is going to different part of Nagoya, making it an ideal place for tourist.
If there is one thing I am disappointed is that it only give us one time complimentary wine for our few days stay. That perhaps can be revised to one complimentary wine for every night stay.

Fantastic great location and reasonable price

When I had no water in the bottle in the room at around 11 p.m, I came and asked to the front desk. She said "No!" "One day, One bottle!" "Go out and buy it at the convenient store around here. there is."
This is the answer.
We two persons stayed in the room. But one little bottle for two person?
She should have been more polite attitude.
I could not and didn't want to make any words.
I was like a little mouse in front of a big lion.
She looked not a Japanese.
This is the first time complaint letter in my life.

It was great! The morning buffet was EXCELLENT. I just wished they added a scent diffuser in the lobby. Overall, I’d want to rebook here if we were to travel again in Nagoya area. Train stations and malls were nearby. Plus, there’s a 5 minute walk Ichiran restaurant that closes at like 5am

the very worst:
1) the receptionist was very bad
2) the floor of the bathroom and the table was very very dirty

Wonderful breakfast option

Clean, comfortable and friendly front desk staff. Room is fairly spacious compared with similar competitors in Japan. The tv tower and Oasis 21 are within walking distance.

The building doesn’t seen so new, the corridor is so dark, room so dusty, room is big but only a small window, location is very convenient, elevator always need wait for long time

Room is clean and tidy, coffee available 24 hours, close to subway station, will definitely be back again!

It was amazing. Excellent location for shopping and food

This hotel is surrounded by shopping and clothing store, so it's vibrant and lively in the morning and during the day. But at night, it's dark and just dead quiet. If you are into a late night happening, this isn't really the place for you but if you want a peace & quiet area to sleep and with family, this is definitely a place to be.
Having said that, there are late night restaurants and bars within 15 min walking distance.
I did enjoy the excellent check-in staff service and the free glass of happy hour wine to start the day. Also, they have luggage delivery service.
This hotel is luxurious and modern, the room is relatively bigger than most Japanese typical small hotels. There 2 queen size beds in our room with a nice bathroom section. Lots of spaces to open our luggage fully and chairs to sit around.
I would recommend this place and definitely come back here for its close location to the shopping stores and other cafes.

I loved everything. The room was clean, the bathtub was big, they had a humidifier and a massage cushion and everything was comfortable. The bed was big too and we could connect the beds together so that our kids wouldn’t fall. The breakfast was wonderful too. They had Nagoya-meshi in the buffet. I especially liked the kishimen udon, miso katsu and the pudding.
Overall everything was perfect. We will probably pick this hotel again if we go on vacation.

The rooms were comfortable for our stay, thank you!
Unfortunately, check-in took a long time and the elevator lift took a long time to ascend and descend.

Hotel is nice with e-check in and provide a cup of free red/white wine during happy hours. Free coffee machine in the lobby and bath powder is recommend.

It was a great stay for 2 days.
Hotel was neat and pretty new accomodation.
Location is also quite good and there was a bit distance from main street so that's why it is quite place to stay.
I'd like to stay once more next time.

Although, like all Japanese hotel rooms, the tight space was well thought out. The gadgetry was terrific.

Great location, near to everything we needed. Very good amenities and massage machine. We love this hotel.

The staff at the check in which is an Indian girl was rude and the check out was a hassle because they don’t speak English and very staff named O. Aichi is very rude as well that match her face which is very ugly . I will never stay in that hotel again

Hotel Forza’s reception is not on the ground floor but the third floor.
It has a beautiful lounge and free coffee and wine but the coffee machine was broken for the last two days of my stay.
The room is neat and has some space for your luggage.
The cleaning staff and the receptionists are helpful and polite.
Hotel Forza’s location is very good with three major department stores across the street and many shops on the underground shopping street.

Very good
