Yeah...it was ok. Served it's purpose

Room was ok...good size...bed was a good size too. Pool was great but no pool towels. Quiet area and constant plane traffic nearby made for great photo opportunities.

Room should get better maintenance. Every door creaks when opened or closed. Not much choice of tv channels. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but no stopper, so...that couldn't be used.

Disappointing, outwardly look presentable but not inside the room.

1) Shower/bathtub selector changeover tap leaking badly (Room 807) - half of water flow up to shower and half leaks into bathtub. 2) Bed sheet not change and seem dirty with yellowish stained. 3) Bath towels seem dirty and yellowish stained with hole. 4) No supply of slipper 5) Bad room service, take very long time to provide require item.

The room is clean and very spacious. The check-in and out process was very smooth and fast.

My room did not have any towels provided, and the hairdryer was not functioning. I requested for the towels (multiple times through their 'roomie' app and personally went to the concierge to request), it took about 1.5hrs for me to finally receive the towels. I did not receive the hairdryer after requesting from the 'roomie' app.. disappointed 😞

like wood -style furniture..

the mattress is uncomfortable b'cause it is hard,there are not many choices of tv chanels & in the toilet there is no xtra towel to wipe the feet on the floor,the danger of wet floor.

Poor state of the room was totally out of expectations and inconsistent with the ratings

The room was rundown, bath was filthy with no shower curtain despite requesting for it, airconditioning wasn’t cool with broken temperature switch, sheets overdue for replacement.

King bed is spacious for 3 of us. Nice pool. Got level 7, nice view. Spacious to add some extra bed.

NO WIFI inside room. Cold water, took time to hit up the water. Shower head is broken. Need to ask for towels. Call 2 times for it. No bath mat. Got coffee/tea but no water heater too many calls to do, ending up didn't ask for it. TV not working. Theres 1 socket not working too. RM137 not worth it when theres are some facilities inside room need to ask for it. Hotel with 3star rating is good than this.

The best place to stay so far, worth of money.

We loved the pool, especially for the kids. Breakfast was also good, but no plain water was available during our time. Free parking space was available. No other hotel offered this kind of price range. Worth for money.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning well. We can hear the sounds from the other room which is really discomfort, especially when the other room was showering during bedtime.

This place shouldn't be on booking.com.

Can't say anything good about this place, I had to checkout due to the poor conditions od the room. the only positive thing is that booking could refund me the night I didn't stay there.

Here I make a list : The bathroom was old and dirty, really dirty. Asked a king size bed, received 2 single beds. No towels and shower mat in the room Rooms not soundproof, woke up whe. The neighbor's alarm rang. Breakfast very poor already at 8.30 in the morning, only eggs were available. Cockroaches everywhere. The power socket didn't work. Absolutely don't go there. If I could put 0 stars I would do it. I've been traveling quite a lot and no doubt, this is the worst place I've been to. Shouldn't even be on booking.com. .

Great Hotel.

They are on point on the oriental vibes. My room was kind of have the rustic feeling in it but comfortable nonetheless. Buffet breakfast is great, many choices of food.

There few spots in the bathroom that shown some of wear off sign.. Other than that, it is spotless
