Only the view from the room is nice.
The view from the room is nice but next to the hotel was a building site. The food was almost the same every day. Little variety, but the most horrible point was the coffee. Low quality coffee was offered and low quality food and beverage. There was a swimming pool but the water was not clean. Furthermore on the beach there was no sun bed and sun umbrella provided. You need to pay for that extra.

The location and the food were great!
The common areas (restaurant!, the lobby, the pool area) were too small for all the people staying in the hotel - it felt too packed and uncomfortable.

I like very much a room especially when I paid for two more days and also location closed to beach!

Hotel and rooms look OK and are as presented in room booking.
3* hotel with prices of 4*.
Food was bad and without lot of options and low quality.
i recommend to the hotel mgmt to visit other 4* hotels from Golden Sands(neighbors) and to have an idea about quality.
At price don t need to compare :)).

Meals, food court personnel, room & general cleaning, sea view.
Parking is a disaster, dedicated personnel not able to manage the cars, most of the parking spaces are improper for use, cars blocked by other cars several times - need to ask at reception to free up our car.
Suddenly at the end of our staying they asked for a daily fee (15 leva - total of 75) without any previous agreement.
You can use cheaper and better parking nearby.

I loved the animation program and the team was spectacular! It was the highlight of the stay.
Unfortunately there was not a big variety of food. It was mostly the same. If you are staying for a week then it is ok but if it's for longer then I believe it gets very tiring to eat the same thing everyday. The quality of some of it ( like rise for example) was not the best. The best were the salads. The pool needs renovations and the floor in the pool area was very slippery. I understand that it's a pool area and there is bound to be water, but there could be a different tile that could be less slippery.

The hotel is close to the beach, but this is the only advantage.
The hotel offers limited parking, which will be charged to you upon departure. Rooms are small and outdated. Food is absolutely atrocius and very limited. 3 types of salad, 3 main courses and 3-4 snacks. I do not reccommend.

Right from the start when we got to the hotel the staff was lovely, I believe Polina was the one to check us in and out, and she offered us a free upgrade. We were lucky to have a room ready when we got there around 12, the other room checked in at 14:00.
The rooms were quite large with a balcony, comfortable beds and large TVs. The minibar is small bit it does the job to keep drinks cold.
The outdoor pool is not very large, and we found the indoor pool a bit more fun, though I really recommend spending your time at the beach.
The beach is a 2 min walk away (shortest route includes stairs so keep that in mind) and you can choose to rent lounge chairs for 12lv or sit on towels/ blankets in the free zone.
Of course our first meal was dinner, which, just like the other meals was very diverse with plenty salad options, sides, meats and fish. Quite a few drink options but we mostly stuck with coffee water and Cuba Libre.
All in all definitely a great 4* hotel, totally worth the money.

The location is great, with all inclusive being a good option vs finding something to eat, especially when traveling with a child. All inclusive is a good option however I can only rate the food as "OK", not a lot of variety but enough for each meal. The open bar has something for everyone but don`t expect quality drinks, but only cheapest possible and it is almost always crowded.
The hotel pool is well kept but always closes at 6 PM for cleaning, every day. The beach is very close, 2 minutes walk and offers both sunbeds for a fee or a free area where you can sit on the sand.
We had 3 rooms, which were clean with new sheets and towels every 2 days and working mini fridge. Bathroom was clean.
The best things were the location and the staff, who were always nice.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2.5. Each of our rooms had at least 1 issue and the quality is not great; you can expect your AC to not work or that you only have 1 outlet to charge anything and the door might not close unless you lock it. We felt like you can knock over a door just by kicking it a bit.
Hotel parking is between 15 and 20 BGN, depending if your car is parked somewhere in the back of the hotel, down an alley, or in front.

the restaurant was very crowded.

The family suite was really spacious and new furnished. Although the parking space was too small, they have a well done system to put your car in safe for 15 leva. The food is tasty.
There are some stairs to the beach that could be a problem for old people. The restaurant is small and because the bbq zone is inside there is kind of smoke some time. Because there is just a line for starters and salads it is very probably to stay at queue, as you are not allowed to serve the food by yourself - this rule isn’t apply for all food, so I really believe they kept it like this just for saving food. If it’s for preventing covid, please put some gloves where we are allowed to serve the food by ourselves and we have to use the same fork/ spoon etc. The food is tasty, but just 3 main dishes and nothing to be cooked in front of you. In my opinion, 4 stars are just for the room and some facilities:).
