Hat so weit gut gepasst

Das Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Ausstattung passt gut. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und bietet sicher für jeden etwas. Die Dame aus Odessa, die die Eier in jeder gewünschten Form zubereitet ist eine absolute Bereicherung! Sie ist dermaßen schwungvoll und freundlich - wunderbar! Ins Zentrum von Berlin kann man mit der S-Bahn fahren (ca. 1/2 Stunde Fahrzeit), die Station ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Die junge Rezeptionistin konnte auf unsere Frage, wie bzw. wo wir unser E-Auto laden könnten nicht wirklich gut Auskunft geben und reagierte dann eher patzig. Zu guter Letzt hat es aber dann funktioniert.

Kann man mal problemlos machen!

Zimmer - Dachgeschoß-Autobahnseite=zu laut. Leider mehrere Flusen auf Teppich gefunden=nicht angenehm! Rest okay! Frühstück - Viel zu schmal für ein so großes Haus! Daher auch Omelett-Koch völlig überfordert!! Flughafen - Die paar Flieger störten weniger!

Siehe oben! Und Einchecken=Katastrophe!!! Obwohl Hotel bekannt sein dürfte, wieviel Gäste anreisen werden, war nur ein Anmelde terminal mit einer Person besetzt. Dieser arme Kerl war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und höflich bei der langen Schlange, die dort stand! Wartezeit über eine halbe Stunde - das ist nicht zumutbar und muß in Ihrem Arbeitsablauf besser geregelt werden!

Größe des Zimmers

Teppich schmutzig / große alte Flecken Zimmer riecht nach ALT Fenster nicht isoliert- dadurch sehr hellhörig Zustellbett war eine Katastrophe, man hat jede Sprungfeder gespürt.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Süden von Berlin.

Check-in ging sehr schnell. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. Hotel ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Gutes WLAN im Zimmer. Angenehm großes Zimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Der kostenlose Instant Kaffee und der Wasserkocher hilft gut beim Wachwerden am Morgen. Ja, das Frühstück hat 13€ extra gekostet - aber das Buffet war reichhaltig und somit seinen Preis wert!

Wenig freie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vom Hotel. Also haben wir die Hotel-eigene Tiefgarage benutzt - teuer aber dafür genug Platz und das Auto steht sicher. Die günstigen Zimmer sind auf der Seite zur Schnellstraße - da lässt man das Fenster lieber zu. Zum Glück hat das Zimmer eine Klima-Anlage.

"leider sind Sie zum falschem Zeitpunkt da"

....was hat ihnen gefallen, großzügige Tiefgarage, die Betten sind bequem und sauber. Großes Angebot an Fitnessgeräten, tollen Frühstück! Ganz tolles und nettes Personal, ob früh oder abends. Aber......

.....ja aber es gibt auch hier was: Die Sauna geht nicht so!! Es gibt kein warmes Wasser (in der Umkleide zum waschen) und die Abkühlung neben der Sauna läuft auch nicht, Whirlpool ist gesperrt, in der Sauna direkt geht kein Licht....Die Rezeption sagt, wir geben es weiter, "leider sind sie zum falschen Zeitpunkt da." In der Lobby war grad eine Umbaumaßnahme, mit stark reizenden Gerüchen. Das mal was saniert werden muss, ist klar, aber warum wird davon vorher nichts gesagt, die Preise bleiben stabil. Die Bar war geschlossen, das Restaurant ist vom ambiente sehr kalt...... ich komm bestimmt nicht sofort wieder

Megéri a hely

Kedvesek, segitőkészek. Nagyon tiszta. Kiváló a reggeli, büfé rendszerű. A Spa-t is igenybevettük, nagyon tiszta volt, a szemelyzet rugalmasan alkalmazkodott az előkészitest illetően az igényeinkhez. Fürdőköpenyt és papucsot biztosítottak. Benne volt az árban. Sajnos, a konditermet nem próbaltuk, pedig megérne egy misét.

Sétálni kellett a pályaudvarról, mivel a buszok ritkán járnak. De nekünk ez is kellemes volt.

Great rest with comfortable bed and clean room

I had not the best day before but when i came to hotel my mood changed.The Hotel definitely not new, but extremely clean .The bed is comfortable what else you need.It was short stay.But really separate thank for this atmosphere and feeling like you come to you mothers home.The Housekeeping doing their work very very good.

This hotel need reparation in General but its not the most important for me.Its not that i dont like its more how to make it even better

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel in Berlin

Das Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war üppig, reichhaltig und entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe, aber Lärm war nicht zu hören. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.

Es gibt an dem Hotel nichts auszusetzen.

very nice room, sufficient space, well working WiFi.

Very nice kitchen, but no cooking appliances at all, so meaningless investment into infrastructure (like having a nice car without wheels). Indication of the direction to take in order to get to the reception would be helpful.

Room was fairly spacious. The staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk staff helpful as well

The hotel is advertised as Airport Hotel. The airport is a 20 minute drive away... or a 25-30 public transportation ride. The closest stop is a bus stop that is a 6-7 minute walk away- then you change to the S train. All doable, but it takes time . According to the front staff, the bus doesn't operate when it is dark? The interval between buses is 20 minutes... so if you miss it...you've lost 20 minutes... The taxi is 20 minutes and 30 euro. If you book this hotel because of location to airport, do not be mislead. This is not an airport hotel. you are better off staying in Berlin, close to a train- especially one of the express trains that get you to the airport easily in 20 - 30 minutes - depending on your origin. Or, just pay a little more and stay at the hotel that is on the airport grounds.

Superb

Nice spa facility and I wasn't charged extra for the use.

The taxi fee was 35 Euros from the airport to the hotel each way. Not really an airport hotel, no shuttle service.

Very good hotel, pity restaurant was close Friday night.

Location of the hotel was excellent; room was a good size and although I did not use the spa facilities were very good.

I didn't like the fact that the restaurant was closed on Friday night.

Superb

The interieur of the hotel is more classic (or old-fashioned for some) but we didn't mind. Everything was very clean and our room had a nice size. Although we were close to highway and airport the rooms were quiet. Beds were comfy. I liked that there were different pillows to choose from, a very nice extra. There is airconditioning in the rooms and that was one of the reasons to choose this hotel (we travelled during a heat wave). Parking is possible in the garage under the hotel (car height max 1,95 m and for a fee) or in the streets close to the hotel. We arrived in the evening and had a nice meal in the restaurant on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast was served there in the morning - nice choice of food, coffee or hot chocolate served at the table (breakfast was for extra cost, I think around 13 euro/person but totally worth it). We travelled with a dog. At the hotel entrance they even have a dog bar with water and kibble :) Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but in the evening we sat on a terrace outside and in the morning we ate "in shifts" so for us it wasn't really a problem. We could walk our dog in the streets close to the hotel.

We didn't find any.

Exceptional

I have stayed here several times when visiting friends in Berlin. The rooms are terrific with tea making, a safe, iron and ironing board and a fridge. There is also a bar and restaurant as well as a gym. It is first rate.

Guests should note, that although it advertises as an airport hotel, it is not close to the airport. You will need to take a cab.
