Nice and friendly hotel that you can take your dog with.

Very good location to visit Dresden, Meissen and Moritzburg. S1 train line goes directly to Bastei and Koenigstein as well. The room was very cosy and contained everything I needed. Late check-in instructions were very detailed and worked fine for me.

In general very nice room for staying for one night, comfortable bed, nice location.
I had some problem with check in and check out. When I arrived I didn't meet a personal, who could help me to check in, I met only closed door. I called the number in my booking confirmation but didn't get an answer. I wrote to the hotel to know how to find someone or where to get a key, so I spent around 40 minutes to solved it. After long trip it was a bit annoying. Also I waited for someone to check out and to pay.

The room was accurate.
The problem was that at the time of our announced arrival (19.50) there was nobody at the hotel nor at the restaurant beside it, who belongs to the same enterprise or person...
Our reservation said the check in was possible between 17.00 to 21.00
I have to phone to the 'owner' of the hotel.
So I have to pay an international phone call as we are from Argentina, not an European country.
That phone call cost a quarter of the amount the hotel asks for his rate ..
The woman that attends in the morning, the same that came in the afternoon, from.his near home after my international phone call is nice and intends to help but the problem was another.
The hotel is without any human being and the reservation does not tell you this!.
There is a 'safe box' at the entrance but nobody tells you what is the code when you reserve...

Clean and big rooms, good location, great pizza just few meters away.
You can get to Dresda by train really easy.

Location and price (expensive for what you get, but still less than other places around).
I had booked a room with a large double bed. I was not warned by the staff, they gave me a room with two single beds. I told the reception about the problem, they seemed not to care at all, no attempt to change anything, no attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. They only said they don't know why Booking.com reserved the room for me, they are fully reserved, and they can only suggest me to book some other hotel.
Very unfriendly and weak service.
The room smelled, someone had smoked cigarettes in there before us. And it was a room on the last floor, under the roof, basically - small and inconvenient.
On the check-out day the cleaning ladies literally were breaking into the room at 10:30 (check-out time is 11:00), even though I had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. I opened and told them I know about the check out time and I will leave the room in half an hour.
At exactly 11:02, just a minute before I was ready to go, they knocked the door again. Stood right behind the door and waited until I leave. Very irritating.

Very good value for money, friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Central location in Coswig, a short walk from the train/s-bahn station. No problems with parking.
No hot water in the shower in our room. Other than that, everything was ideal.

The whole place (room, bathroom and hallways) was really clean and good-smelled. The staff was nice and helpfull.
The bed was too soft.

Cosy and clean room, quiet neighbourhood, convenient and free parking, great self-check-in guidelines for late arrivals.
Lack of air conditioning.

The room is very clean and well equipped. It is on centre of Coswig and closed to trainstation.
Our room was closed to the street so it was quite loud.

Room was unbelievably noisy - windows were directly to main street and train station. Unfortunately it was not possible to close the windows because of the heat.
Shower was really tiny and water pressure was weak.

Good accommodation with an easy access to a tram and railway line so making trips to nearby tourist attractions is very easy. The room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast buffet is not very rich and includes mostly cheese, sausages and boiled eggs. If you come early enough, you can get yoghurt as well. There were no vegetables offered, e.g. tomatoes.

Very clean, efficient and very friendly.
Checking in was a puzzle as it took place in another Hotel called the Borse, with no directions/map on the sign. I go bitten several time in the night (I don’t know what it was), enough to wake me a few times.
