Tolles Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Wellness - Bereich und einer Top - Lage direkt an der Elbe.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Elbe. Vom Hotel aus kann man die Aussicht direkt auf die Elbe genießen. Der Wellness - Bereich ist sehr einladend und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Man kann sich direkt ein Omelette frisch zubereiten lassen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Mir hat alles gefallen.

Ein Hotel mit außerordentlichem Wohlfühlfaktor, hervorragender Lage und schöner Umgebung.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat unsere persönlichen Wünsche mit viel Engagement umgesetzt, in diesem Fall ging es um die Ausgestaltung eines Jubiläums.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit direktem Elbeblick. Super bequeme Betten. Großzügig geschnittenes Bad mit separater Toilettenecke. Parkplatz vorhanden. Gutes W-Lan. Kleine Tee-und Kaffee-Bar auf dem Zimmer. Nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück.

Leider gibt es keine Mini-Bar mit Getränken und Snacks zur Auswahl mehr. Man kann pauschal komplett mit Inhalt buchen. Das ist leider nicht attraktiv, da man sich den Inhalt nicht selbst zusammenstellen kann, oder es zumindest Pauschal-Varianten gibt. Da sollte man sich was einfallen lassen.

Es war eine schöne Übernachtung, ohne Kinder ;-), wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder fahren.

Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel der Größe hervorragend, es gab sogar eine Eierstation. Alle sind sehr freundlich, der Wellnessbereich war eine gute Erholung.

Die Preise an der Bar, bzw. im angeschlossenen Reastaurant (Habe ich in meine Bewertung nicht einbezogen). Beide sind unverhältnismäßig hoch. Gin-Tonic fast 20€ an der Hotelbar (mit SEHR freundlichem Personal, wie im kompletten Hotel)

Überbewertete leblos-halbelegante moderne Mittelmäßigkeit ohne hohen Selbstanspruch. Küche gut.

Hätte man ein Zimmer auf der richtigen Seite soll der Ausblick wohl ganz schön sein. Aber es wird verschwiegen, dass es auch Zimmer auf der Seite des Parkplatzes gibt. Das erfährt man aber bei Reservierung über booking.com nicht. Die Innen-Ausstattung entschädigt den Ausblick nicht und der Sonderpreis, der von booking.com angeboten wird, stimmt nicht und wird beim Checkout revidiert.

Dieser Art Hotel gleicht heute eines dem anderen eher einem modernen Motel: Die historische traditionelle Bedeutung nur noch in Text, Neubaudesign, Zimmer pseudomodern man kann nachts nicht ins Bad gehen ohne den ganzen Raum zu erleuchten, Personal freundlich aber unwissend, mit Spa-Bereich ist eine kleine Sauna gemeint, die Zimmer 0815, reservierte Restaurantplätze werden fehlgeleitet und beim Checkout unbegründet 50 Euro aufgeschlagen sonst kommt man nicht weg. Küche gut aber nicht so herausragend wie selbst angelobt. Der Mensch hat halt verlernt was Hotels sich früher einmal wert und durchdacht waren.

Beautifu hotel on the Elbe River

We loved our 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and looked over the marina and river. It was clean and modern and had a great shower. The lobby was beautiful and the outside terrace was such a nice place to sit in the evening. We stored our bikes in the garage. The staff were very pleasant. We stayed mid week and found the price quite reasonable compared to if we had stayed over a weekend. We loved the location far from the bustle of the big city. We took the bus into Hamburg to do some site seeing.

The restaurant prices were way too much. 33 Euros for a hamburger is ridiculous as is 21 Euros for a breakfast. We went to the nearby bakery and had a delicious breakfast.

The setting was lovely and serene, alongside the river. Our room was clean, comfortable, and there was a snack bar for convenience.

The breakfast was not worthwhile for us as we're not big eaters.

Wonderfully relaxing stay

Gorgeous property in a beautiful location. My husband and I spent the weekend with our little one and we all had a lovely time. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are all very clean and well maintained.

Relaxing stay, great amenities.

Second stay here, excellent staff, nice breakfast, good spa. I chose a River view this time and it was super. Worth paying that little bit extra.

I wish the cleaning of the rooms would happen at a convenient time like mornings, I found it too late in the day, in the afternoon when I wanted to nap for example. Perhaps there aren’t enough cleaners. Unfortunately my room was not cleaned and I was there for 3 nights. Pillows very uncomfortable, next time I’ll bring my own.

comfortable, but don’t be hungry after 20:30😅

super moderne and clean, good breakfast, very pleasant people.

it’s remote. if you arrive later than 20:30. there’s nothing to eat! you’ll need to drive in Hamburg center. like 20min. or you get poor sandwiches at the bar. after a long trip I was looking forward to a good dinner at the hotel restaurant. it was really frustrating.

Awesome Hotel in a relaxing atmosphere

beautifully designed hotel, great rooms, awesome restaurant and bar. the view from the room and the quietness at night was great.. we felt as if we were on vacation at the North Sea. The staff at the lobby and restaurant was great. You enter the hotel and you start to relax 😊

the breakfast was just ok, the staff there could be more friendly, the spa is nice but with kids not usable as no pool or jacuzzi. the prices for drinks was very high - we live in Zurich and felt at home 😅

In an absolutely breathtaking setting this hotel is clean and modern and yet maintains a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The staff are fantastic and very polite yet friendly.
