What a wonderful place to stay!
Location was well off the main road, so nice and quiet, but an easy walk to the bus to Innsbruck. The room was pleasantly furnished with a spacious balcony and gorgeous farmland and Mountain View’s. The host was very pleasant and helpful. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

Basic room for the price

Great view and location with local services and free regular bus to Innsbruck . We were allowed early access to our room which was great after a long flight from Melbourne
Very small room

The stunning view of the mountains from my room and the balcony.
I didn't like the gluten free bread.

I really love this accommodation , beautiful surrounding and view, piece all around .
4.5
The view of snow-capped mountains, the staff was super helpful and gave all necessary information
Breakfast could have been more whole, minimal facilities were available for the price we pay.

Good size apartment in characterful building with excellent views of the mountains on two sides. Good wifi, kitchenette. Located close to bus route between central Innsbruck and ski-lift. Igls is a pretty village, not geared for mass-tourism therefore limited facilities. Good walking routes for non-skiers, and Innsbruck is 10 mins by bus/tram. Apartment is off the main road, so very quiet and relaxing. Owner very welcoming and accommodating.
Nothing. It is excellent value for money!

Staff were kind and accommodating very good service!

Access to the room was easy and direct. View from the window was beautiful considering it had snowed and the neighbour's roofs were all white as well.
The door to the WC did not close completely and left a big gap between the door and the frame, obliterating any possibility for privacy. In addition, the toilet next to reception was closed during the night.
There was no matt next to the balcony window, which meant that if you walk outise on the snow, the room would fill with water as well.
The central heating offered no means to adjust the room's temperature, which meant that it was heating full during the night and it did not run during the morning.
3.5
Extremely friendly, polite and informative owner, healthy breakfast, quiet room, good location with shops and restaurants near by.
Very dated furniture, wobly uncomfortable chair, window curtains could have been washed monthly, bedding sets could be more modern.

A nice family hotel. 300m from the bus stop where buses run every 10-15 minutes (January 2023). The room was spacious and clean.

Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and breakfast buffet

everything was perfect!

Dog friendly, basic, but very clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff, spacious room with a nice view. Good choice for its price. Perfect for a short stay.
Everything was fine) Maybe I would add some warm dishes to the breakfast, the rest was very good.
3.5
Beautiful location with stunning views. The room was spacious and comfortable for the one night we were there passing through Innsbruck. We were recommended where to eat dinner in the village in the evening for traditional Austrian fare, did not disappoint. The manager was pleasant when we spoke together, but difficult to say more as only a one night stay.
Nothing, very nice place to stay.

Hotel staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, well decorated and had good quality furniture, the same can be said for the bathroom. The bed was very comfy. We didn't have breakfast during our stay, so can't comment on that. We were given an Innsbruck welcome card, for free travel on public transport and discount on various sights and attractions.

The rooms were cosy and had a nice feel to them. One of them had a very nice view.
Location was perfect for the purpose of this trip: going on a hike and exploring Innsbruck.
There are three good restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance.
The rooms were a bit small - there was very little wardrobe space and there was a broken lamp (or plug).
One of the rooms had a modern shower, whereas the other one with the nicer view had a bathtub with a shower head - a bit inconvenient for my older parents. It might be worth it for future guests to double check which bathrooms they get.
The breakfast buffet was basic and not very exciting. I found it to be overpriced for what it had to offer. The bread did not seem to be always fresh. Convenient if you do not want to hassle in the mornings, but would suggest eating out.
The main tenant did not offer us the two day free travel pass for Innsbruck as was promoted.

the lounge very hard, the doonas a little heavy, the bed very firm.

Decided to stay extra nights. Quiet area, easy to get to also by foot/public transport. Very good breakfast, also catered for vegans.
Could do distance work with video calls in the morning and walks in the afternoon and evening. Thanks to the great host and friendly staff. Hope to be back!

great outside of Innsbruck but only 15 minutes away by bus.

The balcony was great.
It was further from town than expected with only one bus for public transportation. Also, the “Breakfast” portion of the Bed and Breakfast had to be added on with an additional fee.

It is a beautiful property. Location for hiking and biking is fantastic. There is a direct bus to the other side of innsbruck also most the cycling and hiking trails start from the base of the mountain patscherkofle which is right behind you.
Too many 5G towers in austria these days.

Room 21 was fabulous! We had a great view of Patscherkofel mountain. Because of the great deck and cover the room and deck was comfortable and cool for an evening drink and view of the mountains. We received a nice bonus for free bus ride and touring of adjacent mountains, we went to Axamer-Lizel and rode the funicular to the top. The kitchen allowed us to brew coffee and cook meals to fit our unique diet, but we still had to try the excellent breakfast one day - it was great.
Thomas took care of everything we asked for and provided us excellent recommendations for local restaurants.
I cannot think of anything that was less than excellent.

Did Charge my EV with a cost that was very expensive. It cost 2 or 3 times more than a hyper charger.
