Kiva loma uudessa kohteessa.

Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Sauna ei lämmennyt riittävästi, ilmeisesti ilmastointiputki veti lämmöt ulos. Olisin kaivannut hotellin ravintolan aukioloa sunnuntaisin ja maanantaisin.

Kylläpä oli positiivinen yllätys hienosti uudistetussa hotelissa.

Aikaisempi nuorison kuluttama look ja taso oli uudistettu erittäin hyvin, tyylikkäästi ja viihtyisäksi. Henkilökunnan asenne oli hyvin palveleva. Kivat takat sekä aulassa että huoneissa, vaikkakaan emme käyttäneet takkaa. Oli tarpeeksi lämmin ilmankin.

Aamiaisella pekonit olisi voinut paistaa rapeammiksi. suihkuihin olisi ollut mukava saada enemmän vesivirtausta nyt kokemamme keskieurooppalaisen lähes tiputtelusuihkun sijasta. ei tosin tarvinnut juoksennella pisaroihin törmätäkseen. suihkusaippua saisi olla sellaista, joka peseytyy vedellä helpommin. Tuo olisi ympäristöllekin hyvä, kun ei tarvitsisi litkuttaa minuuttitolkulla liukkautta pois.

Nice remote location

We were in an "igloo", very cute wee room with own sauna. Comfy bed and lovely to stare out at the sky. Bring an eye mask if you're not there in winter though as of course the room is bright when the sun is up. We were hunting northern lights and much appreciated the limited light pollution due to subtle night time lighting around the properly. The food at the restaurant was delicious. If you don't have your own vehicle there is nothing around apart from hikes (e.g. Other restaurants or activities other those provided by the resort) that you can access walking distance, this was a plus for us as we wanted to be somewhere quiet, but worth noting for those without a vehicle.

Right next to slopes, although we were visiting during summer. Sauna in the room! Good breakfast and nice surroundings in general.

Great breakfast with many options. Possibility of check-in until quite late.

Strong heater in the room with no possibility to accommodate to your own needs. Plus it was very noisy. Extremely flat pillows and small covers that didn’t allow a good night of sleep. A bit messy during check-in due to staff focused on the restaurant part instead of on the hotel reception. It’s a huge hotel with no charm. I would not recommend it.

It was ok, the location made a real big difference

The staff was helpful and always smiling

The bed was two single beds attached into one, when we were sleeping it kept moving apart which was very irritating and also the blankets were two single instead of one big one

Amazing view on the lake

Room was clean, confortable and spacious. The breakfast was good and rich. The position was good as well for us to go for our trekking nearby. The view of the Restaurant on the lake Amazing.

Beautiful winter wonderland

We loved the sauna & the fire place inside the room and the big window looking out to the snow covered garden and road. It would have been awesome if the Aurora happened. The location was also excellent, near the restaurants. The ski bus from the airport to the hotel and return trip was very efficient and comfortable. Cheaper option than renting a taxi

Very good

Very nice staff. The igloo was very beautiful and clean. Great excursions organized from the hotel.

the sight of sky from the igloo is a little bit disturbed by lights positioned on the path. The restaurant was closed because of the season and links to Rovaniemi are quite rare (it’s better to ask before choosing flights)

Hotel straight at the gate of the national park

Inside the hotel it felt kind of chosy thanks to the decorations (partly too much though) in common areas as well in rooms. It was different than elsewhere and showed good attitude and imagination from the owners. Sauna in the room was clean and nice to have, room itself spacious. Breakfast included many items not normally see on buffet breakfast tables, that was a nice surprise.

Sauna in the room is great, but it should not get automatically switched off so soon. There should be more trust to the customers to use it as now it got switched off without really being hot enough. If the hotel is not at all full one is expecting to get 0,5-1 hour adjust with the check out time. Now we got 0,5 hours but at the time of the actual check out all the power (such as tv) got automatically switched off. It kind of felt that personal didn't really think all actions needed. Staff at breakfast was not at all friendly.

Perfection

We loved everything about this wonderful hotel. From the warm welcome, generous rooms, amazing food and in room sauna; to the activities we arranged through staff and the super easy check in and check out. Great place to unwind, enjoy nature and indulge!
