Nette Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück

Gute Lage, ruhig und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut! Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Großes Bad.

Very good

Old fashioned family run hotel. The owner and staff were lovely. Was able to secure my bicycle in the little courtyard. Great shower.

Location isn't the best, but really is only a short walk to the river front.

Run down old place.

Bed & sheets were clean and comfortable.

Paid a rate that includes breafast. When asked if I would join breakfast next morning, I said no. And the next morning I went down because I changed my mind plus I was paying for it anyway. But when I got there, I was told I cannot have breakfast because I said no and was promised I would not be charged for it. I was charged anyway and when I pointed it out, they were rude about it.

Basic, unwelcoming especially at breakfast. Rudeness at breakfast unacceptable.

Not a lot.

We were 3 floors up carrying panniers from bike. No lift! We paid for breakfast, we were shouted and were treated very rudely. Breakfast was barely adequate and we were not offered boiled eggs unlike other residents. The lady in charge of breakfast was down right rude. We have never been treated like this as paying customers.

Very good

Grateful to get a room in this town. Restaurant was closed - surprised. Room clean, comfy, good internet. Safe place for bike storage. Good breakfast selection. Kind man welcoming us.

Be aware that you may be instructed where to sit at breakfast by the breakfast matron and be warned ...by a sign... not to take anything away. Location was a bit of a walk away from river.

Good Stay!

Stay was good. Rooms was clean. Breakfast was simple but very good with juice, tea, coffee. Parking was right in front of the hotel and free. Had a large balcony/terras.

You can hear people walking in hallways, so a bit noisy. Felt a bit expensive. Lady at breakfast area had some strange attitude.

We stayed there to attend the event in Köln. The hotel is in charming old building, the room was surprisingly big and comfortable. Parking in front of the hotel.

Personnel started activities at around 6 in the morning on Sunday, they were quite loud. Breakfast was fine, but the lady on charge was very dissatisfied that we came 9:30 (breakfast is till 10), since we were the last. Quite interesting attitude.

15 minutes walk from train station and about the same right down to the rhine promenade charming little room with spacious balcony. decent breakfast

there's always room for improvement but in general this is a well organised place to stay

It was a really cool stay and nice breakfast but it should be more clean!

The Breakfast was really good and super diverse! The Location was also really great!

The Floor was really dirty, we had a lot of dirt under our feet! I was really not clean! I would like ac in the summer!

To travel to the local area, highly recommended!

Breakfast and service are very good! The location of the hotel is also very good, the spa center is right next to it, and just a few steps to the river Rhine. The rooms are clean and soundproofed very well!

Everything super, clean and comfy. Enough of parking places. Sleeping on waterbed is really impressive.
