I stayed at this hotel on two different occasions: first for Oktoberfest (6 nights), and then before the Munich Marathon

1. The staff is friendly and helpful. 2. The hotel is clean overall, including the rooms and other areas. 3. The neighborhood is good and quiet, with several markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. 4. The location is great, close to two U3/U6 stations, making it easy to reach both Marienplatz and Olympiapark. 5. The Oktoberfest grounds are accessible by metro, and if the weather is good, you can walk to the festival (40-45 minutes on foot). I walked to the festival almost every day. 6. The Englischer Garten is just 3 minutes away. If you enjoy jogging in the morning, the Englischer Garten is perfect. Also, the Munich Half Marathon starts in the Englischer Garten, so it’s easy to reach the starting point on foot, and the half marathon ends at Olympiapark, making it convenient to return by metro from the finish line. 7. The breakfast is OK.

1. There wasn’t anything major, but I feel like I should mention something negative :) There was no minibar in my room. 2. If you have small children or are traveling with a large family, the elevator is quite small. I usually take the stairs, even to the top floor (4th floor, I think).

Für kurzen Aufenthalt völlig Okay

Personal war sehr freundlich,Check in schnell und unkompliziert. Frühstück sehr gut. Lage für einen Arena oder Citybesuch dank U-Bahn Nähe super.

WC nur durch eine Glastür vom Zimmer getrennt. Zimmer für 3 Personen sehr klein.

Good start in promising direction but needs work.

Good location, helpful staff, comfortable bed with good linens, nice shower with hot water and good pressure, and very good breakfast

Mold in the bathroom, inadequate door to toilet room, very plain room with gray paint and nothing on the walls, way overpriced, but it was Oktoberfest, so to be expected because of supply and demand.

Lovely stay- clean and very friendly home away from home

Breakfast was excellent! except when the hotel was super booked so we had to wait a little. Location is great, very easy access using public transportation as well as car. Quiet neighborhood, yet right by tons of places to eat. Every room is different, and some rooms are noisier than others, in case this matters. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

We could have used a small fridge + kettle/coffee maker in the room. Other than that just great.

Excellent location near the English Garden. Very delicious breakfast. Free parking. Very kind and helpful staffs. The room was so practical.

The extra bed was not that comfortable but still good.

They went the extra mile to let us have a very nice stay, gave us an extra room. Very healthy breakfast Location, very near to the English Garden Park and to shops and restaurants, even though a very quiet spot

staying lovely apartment close to Munich center

very finely remodeled old fashion (positive sense) room. lovely furniture which my daughter loved them. super friendly staff, offered to bring some fruits for my sick daughter. easy to find parking. definitely will be back for next time.

bit noisy pub in neighbor, maybe for Saturday
