Service und Personal OK. Preisleistungsverhältnis für das gebotene Zimmer gerade noch ausreichend.

Zentrumsnah, gutes Frühstück, hilfsbereites Personal. Der Parkplatz war wie gewünscht reserviert.

Bei der großen Preisspanne (Booking.com um die 80 EUR pro Nacht und 155 EUR vor Ort) macht die Besitzerin offenbar Unterschiede in der Lage der Zimmer. Ich -als Booking.com Kunde bekam ein Zimmer mit Zugang zu einem kleinem Atrium, ohne offenes Dach, und kein Blick nach außen. In diesem Kamin roch es schon ab ca. 6 Uhr stark nach Backwaren.

Lo staff gentilissimo e molto accogliente. La signora ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e cortesia. La posizione dell'Hotel è veramente ottimale, sia per arrivare nel Principato di Monaco o a Nizza, raggiungibili in pochi minuti

Eravamo in 4 e le stanze, pur molto pulite, sono decisamente piccole. Anche il bagno è veramente piccolo. Il guardaroba è un piccolo vano, profondo non più di 40 cm, senza alcuna mensola dove poter depositare maglioni, magliette o l'intimo di ricambio. Infine la colazione, non compresa nel soggiorno, decisamente un po' povera. Caffè, cappuccino, cioccolata erogati con macchina automatica e per un italiano di qualità discutibile. Poca scelta di dolci e in piccole quantità. Un solo tipo di formaggio in un piatto in frigo a vista e nessun affettato. Sempre in frigo due brocche di succo di arancia, the e una brocca d'acqua acqua naturale.

Lovely small hotel, with stairs, but a small lift for luggage! Cute rooms with a nice view and personable staff. Great location with everything you need within a few steps! Close to good restaurants, a convenience store with long hours, and the train station, and the market is right out the front door!

Fairly small hotel, but clean, tidy and bright. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good value.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right on the town square, on which there is a daily market, and a large market on Sundays. The train station is less than a five minute walk away. There are restaurants close by. The town is a perfect location for trips to Nice and Monaco, and the walk around Cap Farrat is beautiful. The hotel is somewhat small, but it is clean, tidy and bright. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast bar (room) available which services a variety of breakfast options. In general it is a great little hotel which offers real value for money.

No real complaints. My own room was small but adequate. There are three floors and the lift (elevator) is small with room for only one person. But when balanced with the positives, these are two minor points.

Location was perfect and so glad there was a lift as my walking upstairs is not good.

I cannot think of anything bad to say. We had a short but lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to return

Excellent location and price. Complimentary water bottles and use of the umbrellas/beach mats. Rooms were nicely styled.

Beds were not the most comfortable, and the evening staff could be more friendly. Otherwise no complaints!

Hidden geml: comfort, quality, and peace!

I love this hotel and I really hope to be back! It far exceeded my expectations, especially as far as price in relation to quality. Everything in the building and rooms is clean, new, and high quality. Linens and bed are very comfortable and great quality. The hotel is small, peaceful, and cozy. I loved staying here and was so grateful.
