Excellent séjour notamment grâce à l’hôte qui a été flexible et disponible.

Appartement très bien situé proche gare et plage, propre et bien équipé notamment la climatisation, terrasse agréable dans quartier calme. Hôte disponible et réactive.

Seul bémol la TV où la réception des chaînes est dégradée.

An excellent studio apartment for 2 in Beaulieu, convenient to all local amenities

Location was excellent and building has a lift. Studio was small, but in excellent condition and included everything we needed, including sun umbrella and folding chairs for the beach! Bed comfortable, air-con & WiFi excellent, full window shutter blind to keep place cool (and safe) when we were out, and dark in the early morning. It is very central, with everything - beaches, shops, supermarket, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, street market, tennis club, tourist office, marina, gendarmerie, casino and the Beaulieu train station - all within walking distance.

Had some problem initially with opening/closing the sliding door to the balcony, despite a demo video supplied by the owner! However, once we finally learned the knack required to make it function properly, we had no further issues with it. Weather was unfortunately not as good as we had expected (8-22 May 2023), with a lot of rain, thunder & lightning, which meant that we were unable to spend much time on the beach on this occasion.

The apartment was so clean, updated, comfortable and easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely return! The owners were also very considerate of check in and check out time.

The perfect place to stay outside of Nice

Excellent location, a scant few minutes to the beach, the train station, a supermarket and the “centrum”. The apartment is equipped with literally everything one could need on a vacation, having a parasol (and beach towels!) available was priceless during a mid-summer vacation. The perfect size for 2 people, and to top it all off, pleasantly decorated! Not to mention, Phil was very clear, helpful and quick to reply.

No negatives to speak of.

We had a great holiday in a lovely studio apartment

Excellent location, superbly appointed, handy balcony with comfortable chairs, everything needed for an enjoyable holiday was available, including beach towels.

Quite small apartment, no room for easy chairs to watch TV, could have done with a microwave, but there was an oven.

Just absolutely perfect and above all expectations

Modern and clean studio apartment. The kitchen had everything you could need for making a fantastic dinner with fresh produce available from the SuperU located just 5 minutes walk and the little cozy balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening meal. It's simply perfect!! I knew it had good ratings before i booked it and yet I was pleasantly surprised how it exceeded my expectations. And so clean, not even a spec of dust on any picture frame.

Friendly host, modern kitchen, clean and modern bathroom, nice balcony. Highly recommended!

Small but very modern kitchen, good airco, nice bathroom, nice balcony. In fact, everything was great! You have also a dishwasher in the kitchen which was a big plus and also a washing machine in the bathroom where you can do the laundry. TV and good WiFi. 3 min from the beach or restaurants or store. Really great value for the price, highly recommended!

Thank you! All fine. Appartment has facilities for convinience rest. Location is good. It close to beach, supermarket for 3 minutes. 10 minutes to Nice or Monaco.
